Millefiori pedestal paper weight with 1828 date cane in blue, white and green
This extremlly beautiful pedestal paperweight is Millefiori with a 1828 date cane. It also has 1828 inscribed into the base. It looks and feels like a real antique. The base does show shelf ware which would be consistant with age. The rest of the piece is free of scratches and wear. The top of the paper weight is perfectly smooth but has waves in the glass that can be felt but not seen. Actually I can see it when the pictures are enlarged. It is in grey white and blue with green center to the flowers.I am starting it at 4.99 and will let you. The knowledgable collectors, determine its age and value.

Hi! Thanks for looking and PLEASE READ the whole ad and note special condition issues. We have here a WONDER BLENKO ART GLASS PITCHER/ JUG that was signed by its PRESIDENT WALTER BLENKO in 2010. It also has a sand blaster hand signature along with the date of 2010 on the bottom and on the side with a Blenko hand decal. This piece is design number 938. Described as a STRAIGHT OPTIC[RIBBED] PITCHER. This is normally a 1O" tall piece but this is about 11" TALL x 7' across. This has an applied crystal clear handle and the base of the handle curls up like a snail. The color is blue green and its very similar to their AQUA, or AZURE colors. We are not sure what color this is but it is a combo of BLUE& GREEN. This is in EXCELLENT condition, with ONE FACTORY FLAW. That flaw is an internal annealing line which is either a hairline ... morecrack or a trapped bubble. The line is stable and cannot be felt. We examined this and flet in ON BOTH sides and there is NO area where I can feel this flaw. This DOES NOT EFFECT the interior or exterior and it cannot be felt so it must be an internal flaw. Being next to the pontil we suspect it was in the making. There are no Chips. Dings, Flakes, Nicks or Repairs we know of. There is a tiny but of light surface wear to the very base, but that is normal and expected. For accuracy there is one small shallow scratch on the side, near the bottom. It could easily be buffed out by what bother. It is difficult to see. The inside is not sick. This great piece commands attention because of its great color and size. Retail for somelike this is $96 BUT that would be for a smaller one and it WOULD NOT BE SIGNED by the PRESIDENT of BLENKO, Walter Blenko. I believe this was acquired when the original owner donated a few hundred dollars to PBS during their fund raising drive. This is from a smoke& pet free home. The design features a lovely green foliate border with pairs of exotic birds in blue and pink. It has an Adderleys ship backstamp which dates it to 1906-1926. It has an impressed date mark'14 8' which will be August 1914. The plate is 10.25 inches(26cm) in diameter. It is in good used condition with no chips. Cracks or crazing and it'pings' nicely. It has surface cutlery wear from frequent use. There are some impurities in the glaze, as is often found with vintage tableware. I believe all of the Gail Pittman dinnerware made prior to 1999 was made in a studio in Mississippi. This pattern is called"Juniper" It features dark pine green on off white with green. Dark blue and red brushstrokes. I believe this pattern was made from 1988 to 2007. This bowl measures approximately 9" diameter and 1 1/4" tall at the rim. It is pre-owned and, more than likely, has been used. It has no chips, nicks, cracks or other damage. The bowls in this pattern have minor light bleeding of the red glaze in the center. 3 Vintage Glass Paperweights Japan White Flower Red White and Blue Green Bubble
Up for bid is this great lot of vintage paperweights. Two have partial stickers on the bottom but these are so worn that I can't read them. One of these is like one I have had in the past and the sticker read Japan. The one that looks like a white flower had a ding on the top. This looks like where it got hit with something and got a small defect inside the glass. This is still smooth on the surface and is not chipped. The red white and blue one is likely the oldest one. The green one has suspended bubbles inside. The red white and blue one has minor wear. this is a very nice lot. Winning bidder to receive free shipping.
