It makes my mouth hurt just to look at this thing. This was used long ago to pull teeth. It is made of steel as a magnet will stick to it. It is about 4 1/2" long. It looks like it has the letters CSC stamped over each other on it. I believe the name of the Co. is Central Surgical Co. It also had Germany stamped on the inside of the handle. see picture) It is pretty shiny yet and looks like it could come even brigther with some polishing.
