This is a Trubyte mold guide made by the Dentist Supply Company of New York. I'm not sure how old it is-I got it at a local estate sale. The teeth seem to all be there. Two drawers of Trubyte New Hue dental tooth mould guide. Comes with metal cabinet. One drawer is missing and a few of the teeth are missing-see photo) Judging by the great graphics on the lid of the drawers. I would say this is from the 1930s. Individual tooth moulds have two pins set into the back which press into the wax to keep them in place in the display. Display measures 11-1/2" square x 2-1/4" high.
