This set is mahogany and the tables and chest have marble tops. Each piece is ornately carved with large lions paw feet and beautiful scrolling crowns and trims. The drawers and doors all have metal pulls. Each bedside table has 4 drawers and the chest has 11 drawers and 1 small cabinet ... moredoor. The chest has a double door cabinet top and 6 drawers in the base. All the drawers have dovetail craftsmanship. The marble tops on one bedside table and the chest are white with gray striations. The other bedside tables marble top is light gray with white striations. All 3 marble tops have an ogee style edge. The marble is in great overall condition. There are no breaks, cracks or chips in any of the marble pieces that I can see. There are a few tiny fleabite nicks around the under edges, but this is very typical of any marble top. The marble on the chest has a natural flaw on center of the right side but this has been filled and polished. The fill is not an exact match to the marble color so it is visible. One bedside table has a natural split in the grain of the woodwork on the upper side panel on the right side and there are some minor scratches in the marble top. The armoire has a small round hole in the back of the top cabinet. Overall this set is in great condition and is very nice. Each piece is solid and sturdy. Matching set of vintage bedroom furniture. Triple dresser with mirror, chest of drawers, and nightstand. I'm guessing walnut color. The left section of the triple dresser opens up to 4 lingerie drawers. This set is in excellent condition, looks almost new, solid wood construction of excellent quality. It was bought new by my parents in the late 60s. Mom swears it is American of Martinsville but I can't find a maker's mark on it. Used condition~meaning not new and in a different condition other than when originally made. This is a beautiful cabinet with plenty of charm. It could be used as a commode. Small buffet or even a nightstand in a child's room. One pull has had the screws replaced with new hardware& one damaged drawer pull. The finish is very good, with some age-related scuffs, nicks and scratches, but can be restored if you are good at that. All the drawers are in great working order, some stains inside the 9-drawer dresser drawers that can probably be sanded out. There is a long scratch on one side of the tall dresser, front to back, and other scratches. What appears to be a missing base on one of the top left pulls of the highboy is not missing. It is in the drawer. The only missing hardware is the nightstand pull. These dressers also have the distinctive jewelry trays that are solid wood. There is one each per dresser. In mint gently used condition. Not a single nick or mark on this beautiful headboard. I believe it to be brass plate with a beautiful gold finish. I will remove the sides in order to ship greyhound where you will pick up at the nearest greyhound station closest to you. I am offering a stunning 1950's KENT COFFEY"Eloquence" Bedroom Set. This has been well taken care of with no stains. Breaks, or cracks, and less than normal signs of use. The 9 Drawer Dresser is 64" long, 31" high, 26" deep and comes with a 41 1/4" x 35" mirror. The Highboy Chest of Drawers is 45" tall, 42" wide, 21 3/4" deep and has 5 drawers. All of the drawers on both pieces are very clean on the inside with no writing or stains. The Full-Size Headboard is 62" long x 35 3/4" tall and has 2 sliding compartments. This is truly a beautiful set that is in as good of condition that you could ever hope for. The family story is that a friend had the bed made by a craftsmen in Tennessee for his bride in the very early1900's. It was shipped by rail to High Point. NC. This solid cherry wood bed is heavy, some old time cut nails were used in the construction of the rails which are 1.5 inches thick.
