I would guess that it most likely dates to the mid-century or possibly a bit later. One of the supports that holds one of the drop leaf sides up is broken away from the bottom, and needs to be screwed back in. This is the only real problem with the table. It is a great size, that would fit nicely into a smaller space, as well as being useful in any room, with its drop leaf design. The table stands 27.5” tall, with the bottom platform of the table being about 8.5” high, the table is 27.5” deep, is 17” wide with the leaves down, and about 39” wide with the leaves up.

This is a very unique(and adjustable) lamp and has"Hubbell" on the switch(see ... morepicture) This item stands about 7" tall without the shade or bulb and around 10" with bulb and shade(came with a 25 watt bulb which is not included) and weighs a bit under two pounds. To my surprise this lamp is adjustable in heigh t. The metal base unscrews to make this lamp go from 7" up to about 9 1/2" 12 1/2" with shade and bulb) This piece shows great patina throughout and is being left to next buyer as to how much cleaning is to be done. The wiring on this lamp is definitely older and may need to be redone. As you can see from one of the pictures it does(or at least did) work when I carefully and cautiously tested it! I cannot guarantee that it will continue to work without rewiring. That being said I am including pictures to show the plug and socket wires. Some fraying of the cloth cover is evident at both ends. I would rather err on the side of being cautious but the rest of the cord seems to be in fairly good shape. No tape jobs or cuts. The"HUBBELL" switch seems to turn nicely and has great on/ off clicks. The shade(which is non metallic) sort of snaps around the bulb. Pictures will show this mechanism on the inside of the shade. I am not sure of the age of this lamp. But I knew it was something different and unique when I saw and obtained it. Hopefully you will too and give it a good home. Danish Teak/Rosewood Queen Platform Bed Floating Nightstands Denmark Bedroom EX!
Offered is a very beautiful one owner Danish queen platform bed in fantastic striped teak veneer with solid rosewood trim on the leading edges. Quite stunning visually. This bed was bought locally at Santa Barbara's sole Danish import furniture store that was around from the 1960's through the late 1980's and built in the Santa Barbara home it was removed from and is now offered for sale. The headboard measures 102 inches. The floating nightstands measure 12.75 inches deep by 8 inches tall. The depth of the bed from headboard to front is 83 inches. The bed is in very nice original shape. The slats are original as well as all hardware. There is a slight color variation on the nightstand drawers most likely due to light sun fading on that side over the years. Various knicks are present but overall it is in superb condition. And ... morethe headboard is near mint as well as the nighstands and drawers. The bed breaks down easily and is very easy to put together. It has locking frame inserts and it can be put together in about 10 minutes. I would prefer local pick up here in Santa Barbara and I am willing to store it until buyer can arrange to come by and pick up as long as payment is made. Payment due within 3 days of auction end. I have it as a pick up only. It came from an estate sale here in Sun City.Great looking bed and in great condition showing light wear. The mattress is in great condition. No stains or damage. it's about a 6' foam queen mattress. Pretty firm. Back board measures 30" tall from the floor to the top. Very simple to assemble. Took me 15 min to put it together for the picture. I put the base board on backwards. Marked Made in Denmark. This is the first time I've offered an item like this. You are bidding on a LATTOFLEX TEAK SINGLE/TWIN BED/FUTON MADE IN NEW YORK DURING THE MID-CENTURY MODERN EAMES ERA. Measures approximately 39.5" W x 17" H x 77" L. This bed was purchased by the original owners in the mid-1960's. In great condition considering its age. It has its original mattress with tan ticking fabric cover. No holes or major stains. The bed frame does show some wear, one chip to the veneer on one of the corners, and 2 of the slat's dowels have snapped. Believe it to be an easy fix and does not effect the functionality or integrity of the bed, you can still sit on/lay on it securely. When the previous owner took the bed apart they slightly damaged the inside wood of the headboard where the screws that clip the headboard together go in- This is only visible when the headboard is taken apart and is very sturdy when assembled. There is a slightly raised bump from this on the lower part of the headboard from this repair(see pictures 9 and 10) however it is below the slats so it is never visible, especially with the mattress is place. This repair does not compromise the structural integrity of the bed. When assembled the bed measures 28.75" tall by 121.25" wide.
