This is a wonderful Kitchen Dining Table with 4 Chairs in original condition. They were sourced from 2 different estates so the design of the table laminate does not match the design of the chair vinyl. BUT. They do look great together. Table has a wood track for an additional leafs however leaves are lost to time and not included. Perhaps a furniture maker or internet search could recreate the leaves. The 4 Chairs have vinyl upholstery in excellent condition and beautiful and best left as is. The vinyl is still supple and flexible. No need for a reupholster. There are imperfections here and there proper to their age and as part of their wear& tear. There are some minor aging imperfections on the top and legs of the Table. Aqua and Gold. Mid Century dinette set for the kitchen or dining room, includes six chairs, table and extension leaf. Table is white formica with gold speckles throughout and a pattern of aqua and gold diamonds running in two parallel rows along the length of the table. Table measures approx. 3' wide and 4' long and is extendable to 5' long with the included 1' leaf. Table height is 30" Leaf is in the same pattern. But has a slightly whiter background due less usage(see photo) Metal table legs are painted gold to match the formica pattern. This auction is for a very nice complete 1950's retro Dinette set made by Huron Chrome Products out of Indiana. Table is very nice and table top is without scratches. Chrome table legs and chair legs do have that small surface rust starting but should rub up and polish pretty nice. The 2 leaves for the table are very nice and are without scratches as well, all dow pins are in tack. Chrome trim around table is nice as well. 4 out of the 6 chairs are in very very nice shape no rips tears or holes. The other 2 chairs look as though they have been used as painting stools as there is paint splatter and some white paint marks on them. All chairs have no rips, tears, holes or missing pins and all have the nice retro chrome decoration on top. Offered for your consideration is a great vintage1950s dinette set– table and 4 chairs. Table features scalloped edging and the chairs have fantastic hairpin legs with broad seat backs. One chair has a label– Lino Woodcraft Co. CONDITION: Excellent vintage condition with normal wear due to age and use. The marble type laminate top is in excellent condition with no chips and only minor scratches. The matching vinyl on the chairs is also in very good condition- there is one minor slice in one seat and 2 of the chair seats have faded and yellowed. The chrome base on the table as well as the chairs could use some polishing. As there is minor pitting. All of the paper covering on the underside of the seats is torn- Not noticeable when the chair is in the upright position. One of the handles on the top backrest is broken but all there– could easily ... morebe glued(we separated it to show it for the picture) The leaf probably wasn’t used as much as it is a bit lighter. Other than that. The chairs are in good condition with minor marks(see pictures) The table is in very good condition with maybe a few surface scratches. Vintage Retro Wrought Iron Green/Grey Formica Kitchen Dining Table w/4 Chairs
Very cool retro wrought iron dining/kitchen table with 4 chairs. The table has a formica top& with the leaf measures 58 3/4" long x 29 1/4" wide x 30" tall. The leaf adds on 11 1/2" so without it would be 47 1/4" long. The formica is green with dark grey border. The table is in very good condition with only a few tiny dings at the edge. There are 4 chairs that match. Two of the chairs have tears in the seats. Someone at some point put what looks like a clear coat or something over them to prevent them from tearing further. Please see photo#s 6& 11) It looks like on the top of 3 chairs they did the same thing. The 4th chair has s little stitching at the top loose(no clear coat.see last pic) 3 out of 4 chairs have a couple of black marks on the backs on the green vinyl(see pic#4) I've made no attempt to ... moretry to clean these off. The only markings I've found is"C1150" on the bottom of the table. I'm inclined to think Woodard made them but can't say for certain. Please email us with any questions. Thanks for Looking!
