1950's Cracked Ice Chrome & Formica Top Dinette Set Table & Four Chairs
We are pleased to offer this great mid century dinette set. This chrome set has a cracked ice formica table top and the chairs have white vinyl upholstery. The table has rounded corners and a 12" pull out leaf that has a wire storage rack under the table. It measures 47" long when closed and open with the leaf it is 59" It has a height of 27" to the skirt and 30" to the top. The width at the center seam is 29 5/8" The chairs have a white vinyl upholstery. The chairs were re-upholstered at some point. There are no rips/tears or stains on the chairs. They measure as follows: back height = 32 7/8" back width = 16.5" seat height = 19" seat width = 15" seat depth = 15.5" The table has all the feet. Chrome Dinette + 4 Chairs Retro Vintage Cracked Ice 1950's
1950's Retro Chrome Dinette w/ additional leaf. Dimensions of the table w/leaf inserted are 58" long. 30" wide, 31" tall. The first picture shows the table with the leaf inserted. The table top is in surprisingly good condition. Supposedly called the"Rings of Saturn" style. The chairs have been spot welded underneath for added stability. Picture number 3) Vinyl on chairs is in very good condition. Minimal corrosion on some of the chrome. Chairs are missing some brass tacks but they can be replaced. I searched for over a year to find a table and chairs this nice. And the option to remove the leaf when I wanted. It would look great in a retro kitchen. Please ask questions before bidding. Vintage Chrome 1950's Kitchen Table & 4 Chairs Cracked Ice Dinette Set Retro
This is a Genuine Howell Chromsteel Dinette set. Made in St Charles, IL- most likely during the late 1940's/early 1950's- and features both the coveted"cracked-ice" Formica table surface as well as the signature chrome trim. The set is a 5-piece set, consisting of 4 chairs and a lovely table- as well as an extra leaf to extend the table. Dimensions of the table are: 29.5" tall. 48" long, and 30" wide- the leaf adds an additional 12" to the length of the table(see photo) Dimensions of the chairs are: 18" seating height. Seats are 15" deep. The vinyl on the chairs is in extremely good condition. With no tares to speak of, and in a beautifully bright red that shows no signs of fading. The chrome trim has some scuffing but still reflects brightly. Listed for sale is an awesome Virtue Brothers Retro Red Chrome Dinette Set with 4 chairs. Manufactured by Virtue Brothers of California in the 1950's. This is the ORIGINAL. Not a fake or copy and are hard to find in good condition. These are truly mid century retro MCM style with amazing color and vintage condition. Chrome isn't perfect, at almost 70 years old, it looks really good. Table and chairs in excellent original condition. leaf included. Up for your consideration is this very nice table and chairs set that I purchased at an estate/consignment auction. It is in excellent condition with a tiny nick in table top and some scratch marks on the legs from moving around. The table has one leaf which is included in the picture. Everything appears to be original but I cannot be sure. The table is around 49" across and 30" high. The padded portion of the chairs is around 15 1/2" It is my understanding that the Lloyd MFG Co was a division of the Heywood Wakefield Furniture Company. I am not sure about its age but believe it to date back to the 1950s. Vintage Chrome Kitchen Table With 6 Chairs, Dinette Set 1950's, Dining, Retro
This auction is for a very nice complete 1950's retro Dinette set made by Huron Chrome Products out of Indiana. Table is very nice and table top is without scratches. Chrome table legs and chair legs do have that small surface rust starting but should rub up and polish pretty nice. The 2 leaves for the table are very nice and are without scratches as well, all dow pins are in tack. Chrome trim around table is nice as well. 4 out of the 6 chairs are in very very nice shape no rips tears or holes. The other 2 chairs look as though they have been used as painting stools as there is paint splatter and some white paint marks on them. All chairs have no rips, tears, holes or missing pins and all have the nice retro chrome decoration on top. This is a great retro looking 1950's Canary yellow Dinette Table with tubular chrome legs. It has a removable leaf and Formica top. Just the color would brighten any room. This was my grandmother's and it has always been stored carefully and the wood underneath is also in great condition. Underneath it is imprinted with“327 Dept 7” With the leaf. This table measures 5 feet long and 35 inches in width. The leaf is 12 inches wide so without it the table is 4 feet long. Wooden dowels in excellent condition. Chrome legs have some surface rust. Vintage 1950's-60's Dinette Set with Table Top Extension and 4 Chairs. The rounded rectangular tabletop is made of a yellow swirl pattern formica with ribbed chrome sides. The table is supported by 4 chrome legs that are curved outwards. Very similar to a Duncan Phyfe style table. There are 2 square shaped chrome supports that join all 4 legs together in the center. The tabletop can be extended by 12" in length with its matching extension piece. The chairs are upholstered in a yellow leather textured vinyl. This retro vintage table from the 50s or early 60s is in very good vintage condition. The legs have a few very small nicks but no damage or nothing that will affect the structure. The top Formica laminate top shows no imperfections that I can see. It is in blue robin egg teal shades with grey veining and has the typical swirled and marble design of that era. The edge is a chrome finish attached well with screws and also in excellent vintagcondition. The four wooden legs are danish style and have new caps on the bottom. Functional Queen City Dinette chrome and silver table and 6 chairs. This set is not perfect but you could take it home and use it the same day. It shows normal wear for a 50 year old dinette set that was used daily. Table has a few marks but not many. Table and chair legs show some scratches which you could either leave alone or simply pull the cushions and repaint them pretty easily. only real major piece of damage is the tear the the seat back of one of the chairs.everything else is minor. 1977 Daystrom Dinette Set 4 Chrome Chairs Woodgrain Table Daystrom Chrome
Please read entire description and view all pictures. If you are interested in this set make an offer. Set location is about 90 miles south of Chicago and about the same distance north from Indianapolis. Off Route 24 and 52 about mid-way between Interstate 65 and 57. 4 chrome chairs with original green velour upholstery and round wood grain table. Chairs are 34" tall and 21" across seat. 18" front to back. Round table is 29" tall and 41" across. One 17" leaf. Bottoms of all chairs have Daystrom tags with varying degrees of damage to cardboard. Dated. Green color looks washed out in pictures. It is brighter but not bright lime green. Upholstery is good but has some wear as expected with age/use. Not torn or badly stained or faded. One back cushion has been repaired. See picture. Chairs are not bent. No broken ... moremetal. There is one spot on one chair where the chrome has peeled. See picture. Some rust where the seat cushion back abuts the metal. Not seen and metal should clean. All chrome will need cleaned and polished. The table leaf has a chip out of the formica. Offered for your consideration is a great vintage1950s dinette set– table and 4 chairs. Table features scalloped edging and the chairs have fantastic hairpin legs with broad seat backs. One chair has a label– Lino Woodcraft Co. CONDITION: Excellent vintage condition with normal wear due to age and use. The marble type laminate top is in excellent condition with no chips and only minor scratches. The matching vinyl on the chairs is also in very good condition- there is one minor slice in one seat and 2 of the chair seats have faded and yellowed. The chrome base on the table as well as the chairs could use some polishing. As there is minor pitting. All of the paper covering on the underside of the seats is torn- Not noticeable when the chair is in the upright position. SELLING UNUSUAL AND RARE ITEMS ON EBAY FOR 16 YEARS-QUALITY. NOT QUANTITY! Note: We can not ship. Buyer must arrange shipping via U-Ship, self-pickup, or other means. A great 1960's dinette set + extra chairs by the famous Douglas Furniture Corp. of Chicago. Discovered at a relative's home, in storage for years. Table appears to have a grained Naugahyde-like, or faux leather surface, and is near perfect-table base is a chrome plated pedestal, with the same on all the chairs. Two of the chairs are a bit shorter, with removable cushions. The other four are larger, and cushions are removable with 4 bolts underneath. Chair bodies are a heavy smoked lucite, acrylic material. The entire set is generally in remarkable condition, a couple cushions have some small splits or worn on edge, that can be repaired, if desired. We wiped off the chrome, ... morebut it could really be shined to be mirror-like. We have seen similar sets in the past, but not with 6 chairs& in the superior condition that this is. Vtg 1950's 5 Pc. Chrome Dinette Set - Formica Top w/Fold out Leaf - Vinyl Chairs
This 1950's 5 Piece Chrome Dinette Set includes Formica Top Table with Fold Out/Pop Up Leaf and 4 Vinyl Covered Chairs Top of table is in good condition with signs of wear around metal edges and a damage spot that appears to be from a power tool( The fold out leaf has a pull wire that needs mended or replaced for ease of releasing extension. You will simply pull the wire, pull table apart and unfold the leaf for extra seating space with no worries about where to store the leaf. Table legs are n good condition. Just in need of some paint. Measurements: 29.5" Tall. 53" Long. 36" Wide. 17 3/4" Extention. The 4 Chairs are in good condition for it's age. All have original vinyl with a few cracks on a couple of chairs. 2 Pic)chair has a larger crack in the seat.
