Vintage RATTAN CANE& FORMICA TABLE& 4 CHAIRS DINING SET Mid Century Modern Description Vintage Rattan Dining Set A vintage rattan dining set from the late 1960’s or early 1970’s. There is no identification as to the maker but based on similar chair examples we have seen we believe it was made by Kalp-Sons. Santa Fe, Ca. The table has a harvest gold Formica top with rattan and cane edging and a rattan base. The rattan frame chairs have cane backs with cloth fabric seats having a butterflies print. Measurements: Table Height: 28” Table Top without Leaf: 43” x 55” Table Top with Leaf: 43” x 73” Table Leaf: 18” wide Chair Seat Height: 17” Chair Overall Height: 35” Seat Diameter: 18” Condition: As is typical of vintage and antique furniture. The set is not perfect. The finish shows some wear, understandable for a 40 +/ year old piece of ... morefurniture but considering its age it is still in decent shape. The caning on the back of one chair has been replaced and though it was a decent job. It is noticeable and not quite the same as the factory job. The cushions have been reupholstered with a butterfly print cloth and the seats are all in very good condition. A few screws have been added randomly to the bases of the chairs for tightening and strengthening and they are structurally solid. The base of the table is structurally solid and in very good condition. The original Formica top shows minor wear and is in very good condition. A nice feature of the table is the ease of installing and removing the leaf with the patented mechanism making it so only one person can easily do the job in seconds. The set shows a little wear from its intended use but certainly is presentable and displays nicely. Overall condition is very good and it will give many more years of service. Here is a retro vintage red cracked ice formica chrome kitchen dining table with 4 chairs. It's is pretty good shape for its age. I have cleaned the chrome and it is bright and shines will need to be done again as I can't keep this in the house along with the other sets I also have up for auction. Up under the table where the legs attach to the table there is some rust but could be sanded down with steel wool. There is no leaf. Two of the 4 chairs have a tear in the seats. One is one inch long and the other is about 4" You can buy vinyl repair kits especially made for this or have them all reupholstered. Illinois and is inspired by Danish styles, making it more formal looking. It is in very good vintage condition. Aqua and Gold. Mid Century dinette set for the kitchen or dining room, includes six chairs, table and extension leaf. Table is white formica with gold speckles throughout and a pattern of aqua and gold diamonds running in two parallel rows along the length of the table. Table measures approx. 3' wide and 4' long and is extendable to 5' long with the included 1' leaf. Table height is 30" Leaf is in the same pattern. Vintage 1950s Formica & Chrome Kitchen Table & Chairs Los Angeles
At auction is a beautiful 1956 Formica& Chrome Kitchen Table& Chairs set. Everybody had one of these! Pretty much the American Standard for Kitchens after the war. The table is 55 inches long with leaf in and 45 inches when removed. Table is 32 inches wide and 18 inches high. Chair seats are 15 X 16 inches wide and 18 inches high. The leaf on this table folds up and hides under the table. Have not seen another table do this! The color of the table top is a standard cracked ice yellow. You can buy this cracked Ice fabric color as well to put on the chairs. Cracked Ice was very popular in the 50′s and 60′s. Cracked Ice Vinyl was especially popular in diners and roadside cafes. Vintage red cracked ice formica table with 6 chairs
I have a unique Red Cracked Ice Formica table that has a wonderful look to it. The table measure 3 ft wide and 66 inches long with the leaf in it. If you take the leaf out it is 12 inches less. It was made by LLoyd Mfc of Menominee Mi. and was made to last a lifetime. It comes with 6 chairs which all have small cracks in them. The table and chairs are all in original condition and of course do show some of the wear.

This is a vintage 1950s chrome kitchen table with formica top. Included are 6 chairs with flower design cushions. The chairs are not the original chairs that came with the table; they are from around 1970. There is also an extension piece for the table that is 11 3/4 inches wide. The table is about 47 inches x 35 3/4 inches. The table and chairs are in overall good condition. There are some rust spots on the chrome. The table has a small ping on one of the long sides. One chair has a small tear on the back that is not that noticeable. Vintage Formica Hidden Leaf Kitchen Table with 4 Viko Chairs 1950s 60s Retro
The following auction is for a vintage formica top hidden leaf table and 4 Chairs. They are not a matched set. The legs on the chairs are different than the legs on the table. The table and chairs are used and show some wear. The table has no manufacturers markings on it.But the chairs say VIKO on the bottom. The chairs and table could use a good cleaning as they are dusty/dirty from being in storage. THE TABLE-The table has a few light stains and scratches on the top of it. When you pull the table apart to get the hidden leaf out a bar sticks a little. There is a round bar that swings around that holds the leaf. It likes to slide out when you spread the table. It needs the locking edge on the end of the bar. It still works and would be easily fixed. Some of the screws are missing from the table legs. Where it screws into the table bottom. ... moreI don't know if these are the original legs for the table. They are sort of a brass color,but the paint is flaking or tarnished. Floor to Table Top-29.5 inches- Tabletop with no leaf 41.5 X 41.5 inches- Tabletop with leaf in is about 41.5 by 59 inches-THE CHAIRS- The chairs are used and show lots of wear. They are marked Viko on the bottom. They are an odd looking chair that looks part wood and part metal. The cushions are all crap on them. They are split and cracked. They are really dirty and would need reupholstered with new vinyl. The chairs are still very sturdy. I would stand on one and not be worried about breaking it. The metal on the chairs is really dirty and needs wiped down. I think the people who owned it may of smoked at one time. I wiped them off with a damp cloth and it looked brown. The chairs have a wood grain look on the legs.But they are metal. There are a few spots on the back of the chair where it looks like there was tape removed. You can see it in the pics. Beautiful vintage formica table & 6 chairs
great vintage dining table. It is an original piece, not reproduction. Only 5 chairs pictured because we use a highchair at dinner. One chair has a 1" tear in the cushion, otherwise this is a nice set we have use for years. Great pattern on seat back also carried through the lower piping. 59 1/4 long w/o 12" leaf(included) 3 ft. wide, 29 1/2 high. I prefer local pick up. But will aid in shipping within reason. The set is in good condition for the age, but not perfect. Two of the chairs have small rips. You can barely see them, they blend in well. The table itself has a few chips on the sides, one is on the leaf. On the top of the table there is a small cigarette burn. See pics. I really don't know much about the table set. It is something I picked up at a moving sale. If someone wants to facilitate shipping the table to their destination you are more than welcome to do so. Large vintage formica table in cracked ice pattern with 6 chairs. Table without leaf is 54" x 42" Leaf is 17.5" x 42" Table is in good vintage condition with some minor surface scratches(see pictures) Chrome needs to be polished. Only one chair has a rip(see picture) The rest are in good vintage condition but need to be cleaned and polished. Vintage 1950's Formica Chrome Kitchen Table 60's Retro W/ Leaf MESCO mid century
This is a vintage mid century chrome and formica table. It is about 46 X 30 inches and has a 12 inch leaf. It looks to be made by MESCO and is in nice condition. There are a couple of very small spots on the top that could most likely be remove. I have not cleaned or altered the table in any way. Its all original. I have mad a special crate/ box for it to ship in with the legs removed. They are super easy to put back on. I will pack this table well and ship it for $85. Thanks and good luck.

This is an amazing Formica topped table with a Fleur De Lis pattern. It measures 36" across and 29" tall. The table expands to accomodate a leaf. But no leaf is included. The legs are metal and have quite a bit of tarnish. Especially on the leg braces closer to the top. Only one of the starburst medallions is still on the legs- the other 3 are missing. Vintage/Antique Formica Laminate Aluminum Childrens Table And Chairs
Extremely rare aluminum child's table and chairs. This set is in excellent condition given it's age and rarity. The original laminated seats are in very good shape except one corner has is separated a bit and will need glued corner. They are in great usable condition. Very. Very sturdy. The table measures 24" x 18" and sets 21" high. The chairs are 25" tall with a seat width of 11.5" x 11" approximately. There is no rust or breaks. No bends or dents in the aluminum. Just usual scuff marks from wear over the decades. I believe the patterned table top is vinyl and is in very good condition with minor separation on one corner/side which can be glue. I will be disassemble for shipping. This little set would be adorable in any retro lovers home.

We've never seen old boomerang formica in this condition. It is outstanding. The frame of the table is in great condition with only a few marks. The table and chairs feature plastic feet to distribute weight with the black pads of the table in great condition and the ones of the chairs with some corner chipping- the feet are large. This item is best delivered by blanket wrap service but the table can be dismantled and shipped via FedEx with chairs or via greyhound. Please ask as to your options. Some wear from age on the table chrome as well as some wear on the chrome behind the backrest of one of the chairs. The table has a number of small nicks on the formica and the leaf has a small scratch. Made in the 1950's. The table is a lovely shade of blue with an interesting pattern throughout. Vintage 50's Diner Style Red Formica Chrome Table w/Chairs 1940-50's
Cute set needing a lot of tlc! Small red formica table with chrome legs and slide out extensions with small drawer. 4 red chairs with chrome legs. The table shows fading on the top. The extensions should pull out easily and come up even with the table but do not. It's a bit wobbly and has rusting on the chrome legs with one leg having a hole from the rust and being stored in a cellar. The chairs are in better condition but would benefit from a change of fabric, clean up of chrome and one of the chairs has a huge hole from in the leg from rust. We have an extra chair that is included to use to replace the rusted hole in leg chair(not pictured) It's a cute small set that would look it's best once restored!
