Vintage Chrome 1950's Kitchen Table & 4 Chairs Cracked Ice Dinette Set Retro
This is a Genuine Howell Chromsteel Dinette set. Made in St Charles, IL- most likely during the late 1940's/early 1950's- and features both the coveted"cracked-ice" Formica table surface as well as the signature chrome trim. The set is a 5-piece set, consisting of 4 chairs and a lovely table- as well as an extra leaf to extend the table. Dimensions of the table are: 29.5" tall. 48" long, and 30" wide- the leaf adds an additional 12" to the length of the table(see photo) Dimensions of the chairs are: 18" seating height. Seats are 15" deep. The vinyl on the chairs is in extremely good condition. With no tares to speak of, and in a beautifully bright red that shows no signs of fading. The chrome trim has some scuffing but still reflects brightly. You are looking at a vintage 1950's metal dinette/kitchen table. It expands by pulling apart in the middle(see picture) the part that is stored underneath can be added to the middle of the table to make it longer. As you can see from the other picture. This table was made by Arvin Metal Furniture by the Noblitt-Sparks Industries Incorporated in Columbus Indiana. This table belonged to my grandmother who bought it when they saved up their money to build a house& paid for it in cash! It is in good condition& ready to be used! C1970'S-80'S LARGE KITCHEN DINETTE CORNER NOOK TABLE 2 BENCHES CHAIRS WOOD METAL
Here is a totally fun and functional. Circa mid- 1970's to early 1980's, large corner nook dinette set much like the one my family of seven, my parents and five children, used during that very time period. This terrific little group includes two arm chairs and two benches which fit together to form a corner, with black metal frames with wood head rails and arms, and with multi-color pastel chenille fabric seats and removable seat back pads. These four pieces, the 2 arm chairs and 2 the upholstered benches that come together at a corner, accompany a dining table with matching black metal legs and a functional faux wood grain linoleum table top. Together this five piece group is a real decorating"flashback" and a functional terrific dining group, especially for a kitchen or dining area needing ample seating on a compact corner ... morespace. The two arm chairs each measure 33 inches tall and measure 25 inches across their widest point and 24 inches front to back. The arm height is 25 inches on the wood arms. They have a seat height of 18 inches and the seats themselves measure 19 inches wide by 19 inches front to back. The longer of the two benches is 61 inches long and the shorter bench measures 50 inches long. Both of which would be along the wall side and meeting at the corner. Both benches measure 22 1/2 inches front to back and 33 1/2 inches tall to the top of the back, with a seat height of 18 inches. The table with it's linoleum or melamine"faux wood" top measures 48 inches long by 36 inches wide by 28 1/2 inches tall and is in wonderful condition. Aqua and Gold. Mid Century dinette set for the kitchen or dining room, includes six chairs, table and extension leaf. Table is white formica with gold speckles throughout and a pattern of aqua and gold diamonds running in two parallel rows along the length of the table. Table measures approx. 3' wide and 4' long and is extendable to 5' long with the included 1' leaf. Table height is 30" Leaf is in the same pattern. But has a slightly whiter background due less usage(see photo) Metal table legs are painted gold to match the formica pattern. Vintage Chrome Kitchen Table With 6 Chairs, Dinette Set 1950's, Dining, Retro
This auction is for a very nice complete 1950's retro Dinette set made by Huron Chrome Products out of Indiana. Table is very nice and table top is without scratches. Chrome table legs and chair legs do have that small surface rust starting but should rub up and polish pretty nice. The 2 leaves for the table are very nice and are without scratches as well, all dow pins are in tack. Chrome trim around table is nice as well. 4 out of the 6 chairs are in very very nice shape no rips tears or holes. The other 2 chairs look as though they have been used as painting stools as there is paint splatter and some white paint marks on them. All chairs have no rips, tears, holes or missing pins and all have the nice retro chrome decoration on top. There are a couple of the chair leg plugs missing and a few of the rubber caps are as well Table measures ... more36 X 47 1/2 and the leaves are 11 3/4 wide. I have up for sale a fabulous 1950s Dinette Set. The table was made by WALTER OF WABASH. Comes with one extension leaf and has a faux wood grain formica top. The chairs were made by Kay-Mar Industries Inc- Cassopolis, Michigan. I purchased the set direct from the original owner who told me, her and her husband purchased the set sometime in the 50s. The table has unusual legs that have a weaved pattern at the top corner section. The legs are copper colored steel with a brass toned metal weaving pattern on the corner sections. The top is is superb condition- it has a faux wood grain formica top and one matching leaf. The table minus the leaf measures approx 47" long by 35-1/2" wide. The leaf is approx 11-1/2" wide- 35-1/2" long. The table is in great shape- no damages and any wear is modest. The chairs are in excellent condition! ... moreI would say that they are slightly smaller than normal sized chairs- sturdy but not necessarily for a real large person in my opinion. The stand 31" tall. The backs approx 16-1/4" across. The seats are approx 15-1/2" wode- 14-1/4" deep and from the ground to the top of the seat is approx 17-1/2" I am not sure of the material of the seats but something on the order of vinyl. No rips,No tears nor any punctures to the seats. Some very modest light wear but overall excellent shape. I am calling this a set but the chairs were not made by the same company as the table. The chairs were made by Kaymar Industries Inc and the table by Walter of Wabash. The old gal that I purchased this from took fantastic care of everything see owned. And overall the set is in superb shape for its age. Any wear is very minor. You will not be disappointed. I will not ship the item myself. If you want to arrange a shipper to pick it up from me that is fine, but I would want payment directly after the sale and you can take care of the shipping on your end. Mid Century Modern Kitchen Dinette Table Danish Legs Chrome Edge Formica Top EVC
This retro vintage table from the 50s or early 60s is in very good vintage condition. The legs have a few very small nicks but no damage or nothing that will affect the structure. The top Formica laminate top shows no imperfections that I can see. It is in blue robin egg teal shades with grey veining and has the typical swirled and marble design of that era. The edge is a chrome finish attached well with screws and also in excellent vintagcondition. The four wooden legs are danish style and have new caps on the bottom. The table is very sturdy and will be great for a kitchen corner or small apartment or any other place in your home. It is a standard height of apx 29 1/4" tall and the top is apx 29 3/4" by 20 1/4" The bracket that holds the legs has two holes that you can adjust the angle of the legs. 1960's Queen City Dinette Kitchen Table 6 Chairs Chrome Silver Cincinnati OH
Functional Queen City Dinette chrome and silver table and 6 chairs. This set is not perfect but you could take it home and use it the same day. It shows normal wear for a 50 year old dinette set that was used daily. Table has a few marks but not many. Table and chair legs show some scratches which you could either leave alone or simply pull the cushions and repaint them pretty easily. only real major piece of damage is the tear the the seat back of one of the chairs.everything else is minor. A couple loose or missing screws. Some oxidation on the chrome.Table measures 4' x 3' and with the leaf in it is just under 5' in length. Really nice set for a restaurant or home. Vintage Chrome Midcentury Red Modern Formica Kitchen Table Dinette
Really neat vintage kitchen table. In good shape. But doesn't have the leaf. Just so we're on the same page, this is a vintage table from back in the day. There is some very slight rust on the bottom of the legs, could be polished out. No major rust or other problems. Table would be great in a kitchen or as a craft table. Table measures 42 inch by 30 inch by 30.5 inch tall. I will throw in four(similar color. But NON-matching) chairs to the buyer. Second picture shows two of the chairs, but you will receive all four. 4 Retro Mid Century Daystrom Tulip Style Side Chairs Kitchen Table Dinette Set
The Tulip Chair was designed by the influential Finnish-born American architect Eero Saarinen(1910-1961) in 1956 and is still widely seen today. The pedestal of the tulip chair has been used on tables and other styles of chairs. Tulip chairs have a simple design that can be dressed up or down in a modern setting. They make good dining chairs or side chairs in a living room. The cushion gives a splash of color. This particular auction is for a five piece Boston. Virginia, Daystrom dinette set with a tulip pedestal table and four side chairs with a Tulip style base, upholstered in an orange-yellow vinyl. This set is in the manner of Saarinen and the table dimensions are: h: 29" Diameter: 42" the four orange vinyl upholstered armchair dimension are: h: 29" w: 22" The condition is decent as seen from the pictures. There are ... moresome mild cigarette ash burns on the seat cushions. I took a picture of the cushion with the most. One has barely any. 2 have very slight, and then the one with the most I have the picture showing(not too bad) The upper portions of the chairs seem to have been painted a light beige at some point. The table has one small divot on an edge(see picture) It's only about 2" long. This is a used piece so there is some minor signs of usage here and there, but nothing that bad. The pieces are all very structural sound. Shipping: This can be locally picked up or delivered to the central Florida area for a small fee. I can also deliver via UPS but it may be quite expensive! There is the option of Greyhound Package Express delivery. Vtg Dining Set Table + 4 Chairs Metal Chrome Kitchen Dinette Diner Mid Century
Offered for your consideration is a great vintage1950s dinette set– table and 4 chairs. Table features scalloped edging and the chairs have fantastic hairpin legs with broad seat backs. One chair has a label– Lino Woodcraft Co. CONDITION: Excellent vintage condition with normal wear due to age and use. The marble type laminate top is in excellent condition with no chips and only minor scratches. The matching vinyl on the chairs is also in very good condition- there is one minor slice in one seat and 2 of the chair seats have faded and yellowed. The chrome base on the table as well as the chairs could use some polishing. As there is minor pitting. All of the paper covering on the underside of the seats is torn- Not noticeable when the chair is in the upright position. One of the handles on the top backrest is broken but all there– could easily ... morebe glued(we separated it to show it for the picture) The leaf probably wasn’t used as much as it is a bit lighter. Really nice Formica table set with a cool design. Table measures 47 1/2" long and 36" wide. It also has a leaf which will add another 11 1/2" to the length. Chair vinyl looks good but could use a good cleaning. I didn't notice a couple of tiny holes in the vinyl. There is some rust spots but nothing major. Some of the chairs are missing their tips.
