Up for auction, Simply beautiful Vintage ART DECO Style and Era Bronzed Resin NUDE Lady Lamp Finial. The material is not a metal. But it is hard to the touch. I listed it as synthetic, I'm guessing some sort of hard resin material. It is painted to look identical to a bronzed metal look. The threads are on the bottom and are"male" or opposite what one would normally find. You can use it as is for your Lamp. Or remove the threaded part and use as you would like.a small statue to adorn a vanity, mirror, or mantle. The condition is very nice with no damage. No repairs. about 5 1/2" tall. 4 1/4" wide and the screw hole is about 1/2" i'm not sure if it went to a clock or a lamp or maybe acted as a handle of some sort. obviously it has age. i dont see why it wouldn't clean up well but i do not like to clean items like this because some people prefer the original condition. likewise, if you intend to clean it. that is on you. i'm not saying you can or should clean it so if you need to take it to a professional to get it cleaned, dont expect me to pay for that. while i'm open to offers. Two Vintage Glass Finials and a Victorian Glass Door-Drawer Pull. The Opalescent Finial is 3 1/2 inches long and 1 5/8 inches wide with a 1/4 screw hole. It has a chip on the top that is hard too see but you can feel it. The Shark tooth Finial is 1 3/4 inches long. It has cool bubbles inside. It also has a tiny rough spot on the top. I am not sure what size the thread is. The Victorian Pull has a 2 3/4 inch base. The Glass Ball is 1 1/2 by 1 1/2 inches. It is 1 3/4 inches front to back. VINTAGE MONKEY FINIAL LAMP "SEE NO EVIL"
On auction today is. A vintage finial. It has a monkey on top that is in the position of the famous"See No Evil" with his legs crossed. The monkey looks to be carved and not molded. The base could be soap stone with the striations at the bottom painted gold from what I can tell. It is about 2-1/2 inches tall. I am not 100% positive because I don't know much about the piece.
