Vintage Decorative METAL Gate Flag FENCE FINIAL 10”
This vintage heavy metal finial is 10 inches long and 2-1/2 inches at its widest point. It has screw threads at its base; the ball has four decorative divots. The surface is aged. But there are no cracks or repairs– altogether in great vintage condition. I’m not sure what metal this finial is made of, but a magnet sticks to it and the piece weighs about a pound and a half. I don’t know its age or history; it was found in my father’s garage. This vintage item is packed carefully for safe shipping and will be mailed same day payment is received. UNUSUAL VINTAGE BRASS EAGLE FINIAL 6" WING TO WING 10 OZ 1/2" DIAMETER INSERT
This wonderful vintage brass(or bronze) eagle finial was made to be inserted INTO a flagpole and has a hole where a rope or clip can be inserted. It measures 6 inches from tip to wing tip and 4 inches high including the insert. The diameter of the insert is 1/2 inch and weighs 10 ounces. It is wonderfully detailed and textured. And would look great atop that vintage flagpole.
