This vintage heavy metal finial is 10 inches long and 2-1/2 inches at its widest point. It has screw threads at its base; the ball has four decorative divots. The surface is aged. But there are no cracks or repairs– altogether in great vintage condition. I’m not sure what metal this finial is made of, but a magnet sticks to it and the piece weighs about a pound and a half. I don’t know its age or history; it was found in my father’s garage. This vintage item is packed well for safe shipping. I ship within one business day of payment– sooner if possible. Vintage Heavy Solid Metal 6 5/8" Flag Pole Topper/Finial Spear/Arrow Head
This finial appears to be older; however. I'm not an expert and cannot say for certain how old it may be. I believe that it's a flag pole finial, but I'm also not sure of this; it could be used as a fence post finial I suppose. I'm also not sure what metal it's made of. It has a gold-tone finish that appears to have wear. Please see the pictures for the details of this piece. I can tell you that it measures about 6 5/8 inches long with a diameter of 3/4" at the bottom. There is also a hole near the bottom for securing the finial to the pole. The spear portion is flat versus 3 dimensional. This piece is in decent used and vintage condition with some wear to the finish and perhaps a little bit of wear to the metal. It's fairly heavy for its size.

Vintage 7" Solid Brass Spear Shaped Finial Fence Post Flag Pole Topper
This listing is for one vintage solid brass spear shaped finial/topper. I'm not sure what this came off of. Could have been a fence post or flag pole topper. It does not have a threaded opening. Just slips on and has a hole to pin it in place. Measures 7" tall. Opening is 3/4" OD. It does show age and use wear. Scuffs. Scratches, tarnishing. RARE SET OF 4 ANTIQUE CAST WROUGHT IRON FINIAL FENCE AWNING SPIKES SPEARS SET OF 4 RARE. EACH FINIAL IS 8 3/4" TALL AND IS IN TWO PARTS- THE BASE AND THE SPIKE. THE TOP SPIKE/ SPEAR IS 6 3/4" LONG X 2" X 2" WIDE AT THE BASE. EACH SPIKE IS THREADED FOR A 3/8" IN DIAMETER SCREW. THE BASE PART OF THE FINIAL IS 3 1/4" WIDE AT THE BOTTOM X 2" TALL. THESE FOUR FINIALS ARE VERY OLD AND HEAVY. WEIGHT IS ABOUT 18.5 LBS. ALL HAVE OLD GREEN PAINT AND HAVE BEEN IN STORAGE FOR MANY YEARS AND HAVE NOT BEEN TOUCHED OR CLEANED.
