This hat is new is roughly 35" in diameter which is 5" larger than the 30" standard size.It is a traditional Bamileke feather head-dresses from the village of Bafosam. Cameroon.These hats have been re-purposed by western designers and decorators as wall decor.I buy these hats with their traditional Elephant Mask, as the two pieces combine to form a colorful traditional mask used in dance ceremonies. I also purchase several of the feather hats from the artisans with the idea of supplying the wholesale design trade in the LA/ Beverly Hills area. I have 20 prime hats that I plan to offer on this site.the rest are going ... moreto the design trade.
