We just found this 140 year old Vintage Antique Victorian Baby Stroller. It is all here and it all works well. It is fully collapsible with springs and all and all original brackets and hardware is here, not much rust at all anywhere on the buggy. We bought this stroller with a Kestner German Doll inside from a large Estate Sale in Beverly Hills. It has been in that location for over 60 years kept inside with the doll. It appears to have the original pillow and cushion but so hard for me to tell, for sure from that age and in great condition for the age. This is a very rare item in this condition. This circa 1870s doll stroller is in really good shape for the year it was made. The body is made of rattan wicker and wood. Wheels are made from Brentwood metal with steel rims.The canopy is made of canvas. Also the canopy opens and closes. From top of canopy to bottom of wheels measures 35' the basket measures 23' long, 15' wide, the handle to the back of the basket measures 40' long. This stroller has been one of the most favorite conversation pieces in my home for years due to the strange way it looks. Stroller is in great shape, no rips, tears, broken wicker. It has been taken care of very well. Cleaned only with warm cloth to remove dust, never cleaned with any chemicals. Rare 1949 Blondie Comic Themed Baby Stroller Buggy TLC
I never say rare unless I mean it. This is one hard to find item. It is not in perfect condition- see pictures- but all the key elements are there and would make a great vintage doll display or a nice piece for Blondie collectors. It would be a worthwhile restoration or leave it as is. This buggy is 2 ft tall to the top of the fold down handle. It is 12.5 inches long from wheel to wheel and 11 inches wide from wheel to wheel. It has a blue colored seat and pink wheels and handle. It is primarily made of tin excluding the rubber wheels. The graphics are in fairly good condition. There is old tape here and there across the piece which I left there for fear of ruining the graphics. I have priced it according to condition. What a great find! We came across this fabulous early baby doll buggy with an ornate wooden handle. Sun shade canopy functions perfectly and flips from front to back easily. Wheels are intact and roll along as they should. The frame is metal. There is some paint wear on the handle- see pictures 8& 9. Let's talk about the wicker. Overall the wicker is in very good condition. There ARE spots where the wicker has torn.see pictures 6& 7. There are some loose ends also in the sun shade canopy.see last photo. Lastly it appears as if at some point in time a craftsman has made some mends as we notice a color differential in some parts of the buggy. Please review pictures carefully and let us know if you need more! In our opinion the wicker variances are minor and don't detract much at all from the overall presentation of this terrific ... morepiece. Measurements: Overall length is 26 1/2 inches-measured from handle to nose of carriage. Height is 22 inches from ground to handle. Bed(interior wooden lie down area) is 13" long.will fit dolls up to this length comfortably. The overall body integrity of this buggy is excellent! This is an example of a period carriage from the late 1800's or early 1900's. We can guarantee you this is an original manufacture for the time. Vintage 1950s P-44 Taylor Tot Blue and White Baby Buggy Stroller
This Taylor Tot buggy is missing quite a few pieces. But the brunt of the item is still original and still there. What remains to the piece is still in fairly good shape, with no breaks or complete rust throughs. It rolls decently, but could probably stand to be greased up a little bit. It's certainly useable as is, but will need to have a replacement handle put on it. On the bottom. It is stamped"64 ATC P-44" and"9-52. Antique Child Doll Stroller Carriage Buggy Goat Cart in Oak and Metal MINT
You are bidding on a unique carriage. Buggy or cart for a child or doll that is Victorian or Edwardian in style. The carriage is in excellent shape. The carriage is made of wood(oak) and iron. It has two adorable red spoke wheels and a decorative oak handle with interesting lines that also folds and has a locking system. The seats and cushion are also in red with gold trim. The seat has a leather strap with a picture of a young child and the seat itself has a reversible back so the child can sit facing either way. The cushion on the seat says" E-Z Go" in gold letters. This is a very tasteful and solid looking carriage or buggy. This carriage is well made and appears to have a kind of spring system to cushion the ride. It is in surprisingly good shape considering its age: the wheels and"tire" are good and the wood and leather ... moreare in nice shape. The paint is mostly there although there is some crazing. This Baby Doll Carriage would make a great addition to any collection. I tried to get good pictures from every view so you can see the very detailed work of art that this piece is. The buggy area(doll holder area) measures 6" long. 3 1/4" wide at the front and back, 10" tall from bottom of wheels to top of carriage, 1 3/4" wide on the inside, and the stroller handle is 3" from the buggy. The cover and inside buggy is in good condition and made out of a very thick black strong material. The buggy is made of a sturdy wood, and embellished with wicker or rattan designs on each side, and front and back. The wheels are made of cast iron, and the rods on the wood handle also. Large Antique Silver Cross Pram Baby Stroller Carriage Buggy, Earth Brown, 1950s
Up for sale. A large antique Silver Cross Pram Baby Stroller- Carriage- Buggy. Stroller is earth brown color, made during the 1950s in Birmingham, England. The metal baby carrier can be removed off the chrome chassis. The bedding can be propped up. This is a very nice stroller. This stroller is a full size. It measures roughly 46" tall x 45" long with the handles open x 24" wide, from wheel to wheel. I don't know if the white bedding is original or not. Condition: Wear is expected of a baby carriage this old. Below I've listed everything that I see on the pram. 1) There are no tears or rips in the fabric. It looks very good. 2) On the fabric that covers the bed area. Which comes off, liguid was spilled on one area. 3) The rubber wheels and the break pad show the most wear. They are cracked and dry. 4) One of the two ... morebreak pads is missing. 5) On all four sides of the metal carrier there are a few scratches. Noticable on close inspection. 6) The chrome chassis looks good with m inimal surface rust. Except around the spokes area on the wheels. 7) T he ribbed black handle has a little white mark. Removable with the right cleaner. 8) The metal logo on the front side has part of it loose and disconnected from the rest of the logo. Seen in the 4th photo. The logo looks intact. If left alone, the logo stays intact, but if you move the last 1/2" smaller right part of the logo, it moves, which could be super glued to keep it stayed together. Shipping note: Local pick up is available in the Washington DC area. Stroller is large and heavy. I'll mail the stroller in two boxes. The shipping cost will include insurance and tracking info. This stroller has been stored and even though I vacuumed it. It still shows dust and could use some wood polish on wood parts. It stands 29 1/2" high at highest point(push handle) and 29" long and 12 1/2" across. There is no canopy. I don't know if it is real old or not. Vintage Baby Doll Buggy Stroller By WELSH Easy Fold Collapsible Blue Grey
Very good and actually still usable condition! It collapses and has the rocking bed. It has welsh's easy t turn feature and all of its wheels are fully intact. It is all original from the late 1940s to early 1950s. After all that time. Antique Wicker Baby Carriage Buggy Pram~Converts to Stroller~WOW!
You are bidding on an AWESOME estate find in this antique wicker baby carriage. Full size.not for dolls) As you can see in the pictures. It converts to a stroller, both flat and with head elevated and dropped footrest. Although not without some flaws. It is in amazing condition for its age! I find no broken wicker. The wheels and fenders give it a real"Cadillac Elegance" look. The wheels are 7 1/2" diameter and have the original Westland rubber tires. The wheels HAVE been painted on the outside surface, but this is the only"restoration" I find. The wooden surfaces had all been originally painted yellow, and this paint is flakiing off.A LOT! The steel handle easily disconnects from the buggy for storage. And is rubber-coated across the top. The hood also easily disconnects. The steel undercarriage is also painted yelllow. ... moreAnd also flaking off. Two wheels have the original leather strap connection, one has NO connection, and the other is held together with twine. The worst flaw I find is that there is a wooden support bar across the hood. And this is broken. It lies between the wicker and the plastic lining, so to repair it would require removing the lining. You can't see it, and it does not alter the look of the buggy except for where the lining is drooping somewhat in that area where it was attched to the bar. The steel hub caps and fenders have suffered some corrosion over the years. Some places worse than others. As can be seen in the 10th picture. There is an expandable pouch at the foot of the buggy for storage(diapers, bottles, etc. The rest of the pictures show the underside. This comes with the original straw-filled mattress. And original ticking, although I doubt you would want to use it for a baby! One side is in fine shape. The other side has a hole in the tickiing, and also shows staining. Mattress measures 26" x 14" Measurements are: 36" from front to back; hood measures 18" wide. Height is 32" to top of hood. I am not an antique dealer. But I have

An awesome antique piece. Exact age and make unknown. There are visible signs of wear such as some broken pieces of wicker( which I tried to take pictures of) and wear on interior cloth. The handle is in good condition and is of metal and wood and the wheels are in excellent shape. Would make a great photo prop!

LG.Amish Made Antique Victorian Baby Doll Buggy/Stroller/Carriage!!
A beautiful baby doll buggy made in the Amish Country of Illinois. I bought three of these back in the 1980's. Just sold the small one. This is the large one and I've also a medium sized one that I'm keeping. They are made of canvas, wood and metal. Very solid, sturdy and extremely well made. This large one has no issues or concerns. The handle to push the buggy is slanted and that's how it was when I bought it. It does roll w/o a problem. The bonnet can be moved up and down, but would need to be oiled. I used this for displaying numerous decorative items over the years~bears, dolls, Christmas bulbs, wrapped gifts, etc. I've also seen these used for holding toilet tissue and soaps in Victorian bathrooms. Very versatile.
