The seat itself is still in tact, I just want to mention it is weathering.it is a thin type of wood or wicker and is raising(weathering) It is not broken or cracked, however there is a small gap on one side~which you can see in the one pic(zoom in) and it will be the left side of your view. It looks as though that was the way it was made~to me. The thin black tires are worn down in spots, revealing the wire/metal that makes the wheel. The back of the buggy/carriage folds down(shown in picture) the front foot resting raises as well. In pausing to check over the buggy, to ensure the description is to the best of my ability~I have just discovered that the buggy folds up entirely.as if you are folding a stroller. Since I cannot add another picture without deleting one~if you are interested in this item, I will gladly send the picture of it folded to your email. The handle to push the buggy is weathered. It due to it's age naturally has the fading or rubbed down spots of the wood, markings, a couple slight cracks(not open) The wicker on the sides of this item, has only a couple little pieces of wicker missing(in two spots& they are not big) It's a beautiful piece, however keep in mind that it's still fragile. It's no longer crisp fresh wicker/wood. The coloring is fading/weathering throught the whole buggy~naturally giving it, it's antique unique look. These two items are as they were for years~together. The original label is located on one of the lower bars of the stroller. It is green wicker. With yellow/blue/white/pink painted diamonds on the sides. Structure is metal which has been painted cream. Vintage/Antique Wicker Carriage/Buggie~With Vintage Rare Baby Wobbles Doll
For auction is a vintage~anitque? doll buggy/carriage& what I believe to be a rare Baby Wobbles doll. The carriage/buggy is in pretty good condition. It appears to made of wicker. Wood, and a type of metal. It is brown with black frame, and black wheels, with beautiful spiraled supports. The seat itself is still in tact, I just want to mention it is weathering.it is a thin type of wood or wicker and is raising(weathering) It is not broken or cracked, however there is a small gap on one side~which you can see in the one pic(zoom in) and it will be the left side of your view. It looks as though that was the way it was made~to me. The thin black tires are worn down in spots, revealing the wire/metal that makes the wheel. The back of the buggy/carriage folds down(shown in picture) the front foot resting raises as well. In pausing to check ... moreover the buggy, to ensure the description is to the best of my ability~I have just discovered that the buggy folds up entirely.as if you are folding a stroller. Since I cannot add another picture without deleting one~if you are interested in this item, I will gladly send the picture of it folded to your email. The handle to push the buggy is weathered. It due to it's age naturally has the fading or rubbed down spots of the wood, markings, a couple slight cracks(not open) The wicker on the sides of this item, has only a couple little pieces of wicker missing(in two spots& they are not big) It's a beautiful piece, however keep in mind that it's still fragile. It's no longer crisp fresh wicker/wood. The coloring is fading/weathering throught the whole buggy~naturally giving it, it's antique unique look. These two items are as they were for years~together. Antique Victorian wicker doll baby buggy or pram. The buggy is in very good condition. The wicker is intact along with the pie shaped celluloid windows on each side of the buggy. It measures 29 inches long, 13 1/2 inches wide and 30 inches tall. The inside of the buggy measures 9 inches wide and 20 1/2 inches long. The brake mechanism is in working order. It has a steel frame, steel springs, a wooden handle, and steel foot brake. Also a reclining back. The rubber on the wheels has oxidized and is very hard. The rubber on one of wheel has broken off. Up for sale is our family's Antique Wicker Baby Carriage/Buggy from The National company in Perrysburg. Ohio. This was purchased for my Grandfather, an only child and then 20 years later used for his daughters, then my mother used it for me. It has since been stored indoors for over 60 years. I have used it as a beautiful decoration with artificial flowers during the year and filled with fake wrapped presents at Christmas time. I remember my mother giving a baby shower for a friend and having me push the buggy in filled with wrapped presents. All the parts work on this buggy, and there is a little hidden compartment in the bottom that is covered with a fold back cloth top for keeping valuables, diapers, etc. The wooden wheels are beautiful. This is in its original condition. It measures approximately: 45-1/2 in. high with the bonnet in ... morean upright position, the entire length is approximately 47-1/2 in. long with the bonnet down, and 46 in. with the bonnet up. The wicker body only withe the bonnet down is approximately 33-1/2 in. long. The Bonnet is 21-1/2 in wide. The wood wheels are 14-1/4 in. across. This is pick up only, though I do travel a little so possibly an arrangement can be made for delivery or to meet part way. I am selling this only because I have downsized and neither of my two children likes or wants this-they are not into antiques. This would look so gorgeous on a large porch with flowers in it, or as it was meant to be used for a baby. Please be aware that I do not accept returns. There is no reserve price on this. There is also a parasol holder with a screw to hold it in place. Dimensions are about 40" long for the carriage with the foot rest extended and 36” with the foot rest folded back x 19" wide carriage and 24” wheel to wheel width x 36-3/4" tall(including handle) All four wheels have a diameter is 14” It weighs about 30 pounds. This buggy is in original condition with the exception of the newer upholstered side cushions. Those cushions need some attention as they are a bit loose fitting. The wicker is quite good with only a few broken reeds in the woven bottom seat along with some minor surface soiling. A slight warp to the foot rest can be seen in the photo above. Please check all photos carefully. And let me know if you want more. There is also surface oxidation and rust on the metal parts and paint loss on the handle. I can find no holes in the wicker, but there are some very small spots of worn or chipped paint(does not appear to be re-painted) and I can see a small section(1/2 inch) of missing braided trim on the footrest(check photo close-up) Top works well, wheels turn well, and it seems to be quite sturdy all around. Looks like the interior lining is missing(as seen in first pic) but these can be easily re-lined by an experienced doll collector/restorer. Vintage Antique Baby Doll Stroller Wicker Carriage Rickshaw Iron Wheels Canopy
You will receive One Vintage Antique Wicker Baby Doll Stroller with Rickshaw like handles. The inside has a working latch that drops the bottom into a step for easy access in and out of the stroller. The top has two handles that allow the top to be lowered to allow the sun to shine in. The inside is padded. But does show vintage signs of age. There are no rips or tears in the black canvas, but there was an original repair done in one spot. The steel frame and wheels shows signs of rust and, but it still rolls perfectly. there is a slight bend to one of the handles and there is a small split below the center rail. This is a fabulous vintage doll buggy. IT is made of wood. Wicker and canvas with scrolled metal frame and wheels. It is in great condition. The wicker sides have a butterfly pattern. The inside of the buggy is made of a black canvas as is the hood. The buggy stands approx. 11" high and it is 10" from the end of the handle to the back of the hood. The bed of the buggy is 3" deep and 6" wide. The wheels are in excellent working condition. The buggy has no tears or cracks visible. Perfect item for an antique display and wonderful addition to any collection.

Up for auction is an Antique Victorian Baby Carriage Buggy with Canopy. I believe the carriage is from the 1800's. It measures 54" long from the handle bar to the end of the front wheel. The width is 21" The height to the top of the carriage canopy is 45 1/2" The height when measured to the top of the baby basket is 32" The baby basket is 36" long& 16 1/2" wide. Two of the carriage wheels measure 22" the other two wheels measure 20" The hardware that holds the carriage canopy is made of bronze. The canopy is adjustable& removable. The lower portion of the wooden arms that connect to the handle bar have been reinforced. Antique Wicker Baby Buggie~All Original Condition~I used it as a bassinette
I used this for my daughters when they were babies. They slept inside when they were very little and I could move the Buggy around. It also looks great with the other antique Baby items I have. It is in GREAT shape. The only thing negitive is the rubber wheels have a flat spot. It was parked in one spot too long. But it was like that when I bought it 30 years ago. It still has all the original parts. Even the leather strap and padding and inside upholstry to match. The back adjusts inside for sitting up a child up or laying down. The top Cover adjusts too. Where could you find another in this good of shape? Early 1900's? Note: the first photo shows the color better. It is that creamy mustard color. The last one I saw like it in an Antique shop(not as good of condition) was $495.00 Christmas is coming!
