Very Rare Antique Pal Baby Walker/Stroller/Carriage in Excellent Very Old Condition It has nearly all of the original brown and white paint. And also nearly all of the original paper tag! Does have some surface rusting, not major at all, most of it is in the removable tray and that could be easily be removed and repainted to match exactly! This fantastic old stroller or carriage is identical to one redone and sold on American Restoration, by Rick and his team for a whopping $1700! Save a ton off retail! PAL Vintage Baby Stroller/Walker All Original MUST SEE!! 1940's/1950's ??
All Original. PAL baby stroller/walker from the 40-50's? This has been stored out of weather always. The sticker is still complete and in wonderful condition. There is minor surface rust on top tray. All rubber is original on bumpers. The handle latch still works. Easily remove the handle for storage or to turn into walker. Still all works. Rolls wonderful, tires like new. One exactly like this was on Rick's Restoration show on History Channel and was valued at 1700.00. This one would need very minor sanding and repainting of the tray if u wanted it perfect. The seat is made of wood and in great shape. The bottom foot tray is in excellent condition and removing it turns it from the stroller into the walker. The handle and wood on it perfect. Welcome to my Auction( Don't Be Shy~Make An Offer: Today's presentation is a 35" Patti Play Pal Doll. This beauty was made by Ideal Toy Company in the late 1950's. Just LOOK at her face. It is OUTSTANDINGLY Beautiful She is a Baby Face. Patti Play Pal Doll. She has flanged arms. And walker legs. Nice body coloring all over. Her hair is a choppy cut. In back and sides, course, and most of it is thick, Auburn. Or Reddish Brown. Her hair has been cut in back. And sides. There are several different layers of hair in areas. Still plenty of hair there. And very long in front. CONDITION: She is a vintage dolly. 50+ years and has normal light play-wear consisting of scratches, light marks, small nicks, ect. Even tho her hair is thick, she does have thinning plugs. This doll has had a haircut in a few areas, on the sides, are shorter ... morethan the rest. Her face has darkened a little. Very nice intact vintage baby stroller. Please look at all the pictures and ask any questions before bidding. The only issue I see besides regular paint wear is the pan on the bottom needs to be reattached at one end. The rubber bumpers are dry but intact. We are very excited to offer this wonderful Pal baby stroller and toddler walker in spectacular original condition found at a local estate sale(along with a number of other great older items that had been carefully stored and preserved as well) We have purchased a number of baby strollers over the years. But this is the first"Pal" we have found. We have done no restoration work on this piece- everything is absolutely original, including the well-preserved, crisp brown paint and the very nice paper label found on the seat. We have been told that the Pal strollers are fairly rare. Much more rare than the Taylor Tot ones from the 1950's and 1960's that have been popular collector items for the last 5- 10 years. The Pal baby strollers/ walkers were produced by The La Porte Corporation of La Porte, Indiana, starting in the 1940's. ... moreThe brand name"Pal" is supposedly derived from the first three letters of the town/company name La Porte, but spelled backwards. The stroller we are offering comes complete with all original parts-front steering handle. Tray, multi-colored wooden beads, all 4 wheels with original rubber in tact and hubcaps(which were only produced for the 2 back wheels) black rubber bumpers, heavy springs(shock absorbers) at the wheels, wrap-around seat back, lower foot rest tray-which can be easily removed when baby becomes a toddler and begins to use the piece as a walker! This Such a Cute Pal Baby Stroller Converted into a Scooter Such an innovative idea for back in the day. The Handle has been replaced with the end of a shovel. It is a little rough but it is worthy of a good home. Previous owner told me they found it in their barn when they purchased the farm around 35 years ago. They cleaned it up and the kids had a blast playing with it. Then it went back in the barn when they grew out of it. It measures 26" long x 17.5" wide x 16" tall I am selling it as I found it.
