It has rolled sides and so me scrolls. It is in as-found condition and could use a bit of restoration or you could leave it just as is and it would make a wonderful display stroller for old bisque dolls or old teddy bears. Could use some glue on the back rest but the wicker itself is in remarkable condition considering how old it is and having n e ver been painted. The cushions are old and filled with excelsior. Obvioiusly. This old buggy is not perfect so please buy it as shown. It is really quite impressive in person and quite large. Rough measurements are about 45" long. 20" wide, 35" to top of handle. The back wheels are a big 22" in diame ter and the front wheels are 14" The wheels roll freely and smoothly. Vintage Victorian Wicker Baby Doll Stroller South Bend Toys 1930's to 1940's
This item is adorable with it's wicker work and green. Red, and black pin stripping on the sides. There is some wear on the front top rim, the dome is a bit soft from age and has a bit of wear on the canopy in front, and it is missing one hubcap at rear. I have had this toy carriage in my personal collection since the 80's and loved it sitting in my bedroom filled with dolls. It stands approximately 28" H x 22 L, not including the handle.

This is an antique. Victorian, full size wicker pram. Pram made of metal and wicker. With canvas seat. Rolls smoothly. The wicker weave has loosened up a bit and may need to be re-attached at edges, rubber wheels have a few cracks, the curved area where the child's feet rest is coming loose, you can see the nails up above where it was attached to, and may need to be re-attached. I will be removing the handle for shipping and my husband said that the bolts will probably break when I remove them, so be aware that those 4 bolts may not be original, I don't know yet. Please keep in mind that I don't know a lot about this type of item. But I have tried to describe it accurately. It is approx 28" long, 21" wide and 28" tall not including the handle. We are glad to observe a disposition on the part of the metropolitan magistrates to contest on our behalf the last piece of ground which has been left to the unfortunate pedestrians of the London streets. The fooway is. It appears, still our own, and we are to be protected in its enjoyment. The case of Mr. George Peachey, who was sujmmoend the other day before Mr. Knox at Marlborough-street, will, we trust, be a sufficient warning to those who venture to encroach upon our rights in this respect. Mr. Hetton, of Twickenham, the complainant in the case in question, said that on the 25th of July, he was walking through Rathbone-place with two friends when the defendant drove a perambulator against him. On being remonstrated with, the defendant told him he ought to get out of the way. The complainant replied that if the defendant ran against him ... morehe should charge him with assault. The defendant thereupon caleld him a blackguard, used the most abusive language to him and his friends, and a second and third time ran the perambulator purposely against him. The defendant, refusing to give his name and address, witness gave him into custody. The perambulator was a large one, and took up nearly the whole of the pavement. The case being clearly proved against the defendant, Mr. Knox observed that it was monstrous to take up the pavement with these perambulators, some of which were of large dimensions. The pavement was for passengers, not for vehicles of this kind. He refused to look closely into the charges and counter-charges of rough language; the evidence had made it clear that the defendant was pushing a perambulator on the pavement, where he had no business, and that he drove it against the complainant. He would have to pay a fine of 20s. and costs. Vintage Victorian style German Baby Doll Carriage Stroller and Bisque Doll
Vintage German Victorian style repro circa 1970's doll carriage/ stroller/ pram- and bisque doll. I do not know the maker or the age of the little bisque doll. Doll and carriage are in good condition. The wheels are made of wood in the middle and cast iron rims. The bed is made of wood with a pretty wicker design, cloth liner, cast iron frame, the canopy is made of cast iron with a cloth liner, it does not push down, may have to oil the hinge, the handle is wooden the rest is cast iron. The stroller is used, the cast iron has some surface rust, the carriage is a little dusty, but other than that it is in solid good condition, the wheels turn good. The stroller measures, 8 3/4" tall, without the canopy, 13 3/4" tall with the canopy, 9 1/2" long, 6" wide.

It has been in storage and is dusty- could use a cleaning The bonnet opens and folds and stays up nicely- could use a little oil to loosen the movement The overall height with bonnet up is nearly 24 inches The height of the handle is 19 inches from the ground The wheels measure 7 1/2 and 5 1/4 inches in diameter. One wheel is just slightly lopsided but the unit rolls nicely. There are no tears in the inside lining. I am including some modern handmade bedding- a pad. Pillow, and blanket. all in perfect condition. This item ships to the contiguous U.
