The seat itself is still in tact, I just want to mention it is weathering.it is a thin type of wood or wicker and is raising(weathering) It is not broken or cracked, however there is a small gap on one side~which you can see in the one pic(zoom in) and it will be the left side of your view. It looks as though that was the way it was made~to me. The thin black tires are worn down in spots, revealing the wire/metal that makes the wheel. The back of the buggy/carriage folds down(shown in picture) the front foot resting raises as well. In pausing to check over the buggy, to ensure the description is to the best of my ability~I have just discovered that the buggy folds up entirely.as if you are folding a stroller. Since I cannot add another picture without deleting one~if you are interested in this item, I will gladly send the picture of it folded to your email. The handle to push the buggy is weathered. It due to it's age naturally has the fading or rubbed down spots of the wood, markings, a couple slight cracks(not open) The wicker on the sides of this item, has only a couple little pieces of wicker missing(in two spots& they are not big) It's a beautiful piece, however keep in mind that it's still fragile. It's no longer crisp fresh wicker/wood. The coloring is fading/weathering throught the whole buggy~naturally giving it, it's antique unique look. These two items are as they were for years~together. Hard to say anything bad about this awesome piece. This is an Antique Baby Doll Toy Pull carriage or Pram for kids baby Dolls. It has a wicker backing all in very good condition. Wheel are all original. Super nice piece for displaying your vintage doll. It is about 25" long the seat is 7 1/2" deep x 9" wide. The only thing it is missing is the strap to hold the baby doll in easy replacement if you want. Some scrapes and scuffs with some paint loss from use. In as found un cleaned condition. Wonderful and unique vintage/antique doll baby buggy/pram/carriage/stroller. This is a metal frame in white with blue green colored trim and fleur di les design painted on the metal. The cover is green and adjusts to either side and folds flat. The frame is chrome finished and the wheels are rubber. The interior is finished in white with gold tone stars. There are some rust areas(see pictures) 2 wheel hub covers are missing and overall it needs to be cleaned. Please see pictures as part of the description. There are no markers marks that I can find. the springs are in good condition. Overall, this is a striking piece with the colors and design. 1910-20s Beige German/English Baby/Doll Art Deco Buggy/Carriage/Pram
This Vintage/Antique buggy is unique because of the ART DECO design. It is probably German. Possibly English 1910-1920s. The height is 28 1/4" to the top of the handle and 25" long. The wheel is about 5 1/2- 6" diameter. I am not sure how the hood fits on but there is intact apparatus. The hub caps look like they are aluminum which increases the value! There is a thin grooved plastic or rubber fitting on the handle. There is a little pocket in the front holding leather straps. This is local pick up Southern CA but if you live out of the area. This carriage is 23" tall at the handlebars and total length is 25" The actual carriage is 19" long. The big wheel is 12 1/4" tall and the small wheel is 8" There is some wicker damage at the arms and some of the pieces are here. This is from the 1890's. I am asking $125.00 as appraised. This charming Buggy is unique because of the craftsmanship and attention to detail in the wicker. Iron wheels, pretty cotton lining and even a little hubcap. This carriage is 26" tall to the top of the hood. The carriage is 19" long, 32" long total. The wheels are 7 1/2 inches diameter and have a'G' on them. There is some damage to the top hood and the plastic windows are cracked. The grip of the handlebars is wrapped in tape but it almost appears to be made this way.
