It has rolled sides and so me scrolls. It is in as-found condition and could use a bit of restoration or you could leave it just as is and it would make a wonderful display stroller for old bisque dolls or old teddy bears. Could use some glue on the back rest but the wicker itself is in remarkable condition considering how old it is and having n e ver been painted. The cushions are old and filled with excelsior. Obvioiusly. This old buggy is not perfect so please buy it as shown. It is really quite impressive in person and quite large. Rough measurements are about 45" long. 20" wide, 35" to top of handle. The back wheels are a big 22" in diame ter and the front wheels are 14" The wheels roll freely and smoothly. The undercarriage is metal with some old green paint and maybe some white pin striping.not sure. The parasol holder is on the handle. THERE ARE 25+ PICTURES PLEASE CHECK ALL OF THEM! What a pleasure it is to offer this authentic Baby Doll Stroller with it's original factory stamped number(F418) all original paint and the original SOUTH BEND TOY COMPANY sticker still intact. There is a canopy but it looks too large for this stroller. But it is an original stroller canopy with all the original period hardware. Unless the wood has swelled out it's not for this stroller but comes with it in this auction just in case! Appears to be original paint. 65% of original factory sticker still there. Antique Wood Tone Wicker Doll Buggy from 1950's
This special wicker doll buggy is a work of art and carted many"baby dolls" around my farm in northern Minnesota when I was a child. The four wheels are metal with tiny rubber tires and the frame is metal with a woven wicker hood and deep body. There are red. White and blue designs on each side of the body. The doll buggy is well preserved, however, I am elderly and would like for this collectible doll buggy to have a new home.

This is a very nice antique Victorian baby/doll carriage. It has a wicker body. Wood handle, metal wheels, wood floor, and a needlepoint pillow. Its approx 36 inches long and approx 26 inches tall. The carriage area it self is 22 inches long and 10 inches wide. This has a very nice vintage look and is considered to be in good condition. This is one of the most incredible Antique Baby Doll buggy's I have ever seen. This is from an estate sale and has NOT been restored and is in the original condition which is as near mint as you can get. The only things I see is the color has faded with time and I think was a Peach Pink color and there is some age wear on the metal fixture items like screws. Etc. The hood slides forward and back with Port Hole windows on both sides with a plastic type pane intact, rubber on metal wheels is intact, all hub caps on wheels are intact. No cracks or breaks in the wicker. The push bar handle is wood painted black on the metal uprights. There is a lever to lower the back inside wood section to lower the doll from upright position to recline slightly or lay flat. There is a plate on the bottom that reads"Meier& Frank Co. The Quality ... moreStore of Portland, Oregon. It is about 14" wide 29" long and 29" tall. A very incredible piece of history as Meier& Frank Store was sold I think in 1966. Antique LLOYD Wicker Baby / Doll Carriage / Buggy ~ Very Unique Rare Adjustable
Antique Wicker Baby or Doll Carriage This antique carriage had belonged to my grandmother. I'm not sure if it was hers when she was little or if she had purchased it but she used it to display a large doll. This unique carriage is made of wicker. Metal and leather. It says Lloyd on both of the front hubcaps. The canopy, the back part of the seat and the foot rest are all adjustable. The canopy is hinged and can be positioned either up or down. there are two metal keys on each side that loosen& tighten the canopy) The back of the seat has 4 or 5 different settings- the baby can sit up or lay down. The foot rest can be lowered if the child is sitting and can be raised if the child is laying down so that his/her feet are level. It measures approx. 29" tall(to the top of the canopy/ hood) and approx. 52" from end to end(from ... morethe end of the canopy to the end of the handle) and is approx. 20 1/2" wide(including the metal locks on each side) The handle measures approx. 26" long. The seat measures approx. 10 1/2" wide x 9" deep. The front wheels are approx. 10 1/2" in diameter. The rear wheels are approx. 2 1/2" in diameter. It is in good condition for its age. There is a lighter discolored spot near the top of the canopy. There are some nicks along the edge of the wicker trim, the cloth on the underside of the canopy has some stains and a couple of tears in the fabric, the wheels squeak when rolled, there is a little bit of light rust in spots and it is a little dusty. This carriage is 23" tall at the handlebars and total length is 25" The actual carriage is 19" long. The big wheel is 12 1/4" tall and the small wheel is 8" There is some wicker damage at the arms and some of the pieces are here. This is from the 1890's. I am asking $125.00 as appraised. This was my grandmothers from the 30's. It has been in their home for years and is in great condition considering the age. The wicker shows very well. Only one spot of scratches as shown. Rubber and hubcaps are still on all of the wheels. It does have some surface rust as expected. One of the plastic windows has cracked and is broken out. This would make a great decorator piece.
