The glass only is approx. 18 x 48. Overall it is in good condition. There are misc. scratches and dings as it is antique. It could use a good cleaning. The glass is well chosen throughout but particularly in the flowers. The window has a handful of minor cracks. Most if not all of which are visible in the enlargeable thumbnails below. fid#5127 Antique American Stained and Jeweled Transom from Chicago. Circa 1890 with a Floral center Medallion. This and a second transom from the same house( fid5128) are truly stunning. Wonderful glass throughout with Jewels interspersed in the border. The Central medallion which is itself surrounded by a jeweled belt is composed of(apple? blossoms. Leaves and vines. In its original frame the window measures 60" x 26” and is in good condition with the following to be noted: there is some slight bowing to the window; the central medallion is surrounded by a band of glass which had severely deteriorated due most likely to a reaction with acids in the atmosphere. Antique 1890's Victorian Stained Glass Entry Door Transom Window with Jewels. The dimensions are 55 7/8" x 19 3/4" x 1 3/4" thick. This is a beautiful piece with beautiful decorative glass. All hardware intact and an aged painted black finish on one side and an aged painted maroon finish on the other. The glass and joints are absolutely beautiful and in great shape. The jewels are excellent, and the frame and is in great shape. The interior iron bracing rods with iron twists are still present. They are a matching pair and have only one small crack in one of the pieces(see photo) They have great colors of green and mauve and are truly in great shape and very solid. This is a beautiful piece with beautiful decorative glass. All hardware intact and a painted black finish on one side and a beautiful stained finish on the other. The glass and joints are absolutely beautiful and in excellent shape. The jewels are excellent, and the frame and is in great shape. The interior iron bracing rods with iron twists are still present. There is only one small hairline crack in one of the glass pieces(see pictures) This window is spectacular and has been under a 9'0" deep porch so it has never been exposed to the elements. Antique Arched Art Nouveau c1890 American Stained Glass Transom Eyebrow Window
This large arched stained glass window served as a transom over an entry way to a 1890s home that unfortunately had a date with the wrecking ball. Lovely Art Nouveau piece in very good condition. The colors of the slag and textured pieces are bold and the light shines through beautifully. There are hairline cracks in four places which I have shown in the photos which could easily be covered by lead veins or just left alone. It measures 67”w x 39”h at the center. Antique Stained Glass Residential Transom Window Circa: late 1800's Origin: American Dimensions: 58" x 22" x 1.75" A stunning stained glass transom window with an elaborate center circular motif and ornate scrollwork in cobalt blue and red. This architectural artifact was salvaged from a Chicago Victorian residence. In its original state. Unrestored with one interesting gun shot hole to the center motif and small damage to the lower right side of the glass as shown. The transom window is stable. Shows normal wear, signs of age, otherwise it is in very good condition. The wood frame has been repainted as shown. This large marvelous window is very characteristic of quality. Antique Victorian 19thC Stained Leaded Glass Transom Window 61" by 23"
This is a very nice old circa 1800's stained glass window. It is in very good condition with a few cracks on the center panel and one crack on an outer small curved piece. But the glass is stable. It measures 23.5" tall and 61.5" wide. It is made with tenon joinery and square post pegs and no nails in the framing structure, The center is a blown glass center jewel. Thank you!

I've attempted to show condition by using 12 photos. The first one. With the center fan flower is plum, in most lights. Back has a few areas with wire protruding. These have different frames now, as they were set in a home until recently. Frames are functional, not original to windows. The 2nd, gold/plum scroll window, has a narrow oak frame, about 1 inch. It has a slight, 5 in. protrusion outwards. Beautiful, graceful etching on the clear parts really shows! Windows measure about 53 in. x 15 1/2 in. to edge of decoration.
