ANTIQUE 1930's DINER OR ICE CREAM PARLOR STOOL Boardwalk Empire Era Cast Iron
Here is a 1930's cast iron diner bar stool as seen in Boardwalk Empire show season 3 episode 2 The diner in Tabor Heights. The stool is 29 1/2" tall. The base is 26" tall and can be bolted to the floor but does not have to it stands straight by itself and can be seated on without bolting it down. Normal wear. in great shape.

Antique Wrought Iron Ice Cream Parlor Chairs w/ Heart Shaped Backs Wood Seats
A great set of 6 ice cream parlor chairs. This set dates to the early 1900's and is in need of a refinishing. All of the chairs are structurally sound and have a beautiful design to them. The backs have the heart shaped design and the legs are a twist design that end in pad feet. There are losses to the paint on the seats and the metal frames as well as some light surface rust spots. This will easily come off with a light brushing. There are no rotting areas on the metal. There is also what looks like water damage and cracking on some of the wood seats. The chairs measure 36" high at the highest point on the back. The seat height is 18" and the diameter at the widest area on the seats is 14 3/8" This is a previously owned item that is being sold as shown. This auction is for a very old Ice Cream Parlor stool or chair. The seat is wood. And in pretty good condition, with a red vinyl covering. There is no padding. It measures 24" high, the seat is 9 3/4" across, and the base is 13" square. Made of heavy, twisted wrought iron, with a small braized patch on the inside of the seat rim. These chairs have been sanded down, primed and painted a very soft(and I mean soft and light) sage green, tinted white. The seats were replaced on two physically(because they were missing; however the top portions were still intact in a very"tacky red leather" that had holes from age. My French upholsterer restored the inner stuffing and upholstered the 4 with a beautiful GARDEN motif English Chintz fabric. They are perfectly clean and structurally proper. Wonderful for a GARDEN PARTY! I call them the Garden Party Chairs. The colors are beaufitul on the fabric and I have an extra 1 1/2 yards I am throwing in, in case you wish to make a tablecloth ... moreto match. These chairs can be used inside or out. If you wish a clear plastic to be added for outside, upholstered over the fabric there is an extra $20 fee. That is just a suggestion. You are bidding on a GREAT SET OF 4 ANTIQUE ICE CREAM CHAIRS I bought these and refinished for our vacation home. When I GOT there. They were the wrong height for the eating bar. They are table height. They are pale gold with cranberry dot with a diamond design on fabric. They are covered with a protective plastic except for the back. The iron is a cranberry color SO CUTE! Up for your consideration is an antique full size wrought iron ice cream chair This listing is for one chair. There are two available. The condition is fair. There is generalized chipping or worn off paint which created a fabulous look. There are areas of yellowing of the paint. Scratches and scrapes. The vinyl seat is in excellent condition. Cream colored wrought iron with a dark brown vinyl seat We also have two more chairs that look almost identical to these two except the design of the chair back is a little different. Sorry for the upside down photo. Don't know why it happened. These stools came from my father's soda fountain that was in his drug store. He bought the drug store in 1940 and the stools were there. They are in very good condition and the wooden seats are great. The stools will be sold as a pair.
