Early 20th C Vanity Boudoir Chair Maple Scrolled Ladder Back Saddle Seat...
Beautiful vanity or boudoir chair. We're dating it from turn of century to 1920's, the wood is maple. A very decorative ladder back with four rails plus scrolled top rail. Saddle seat with a curled'lip' at front, splayed back legs with three thin turned stretchers along front and side of legs, none in the back. As seen in pics, it has some remnants of original paint underneath and parts of stretchers, rails. Measuring approx. 33 1/2" tall at back. The seat is 16" wide x 15 1/2" deep and 1" thick. More charming in person if that's possible. A lovely vintage piece in excellent'as found' condition, joints a bit loose- could use some tightening/gluing. Pick up preferred in Nassau County.
