Rooster is hollow body copper as is the arrow bit the tip if arrow ... moreis cast brass. Both balks are damage free copper. The direction indicator is cast brass and perfect. I picked this up at a estate sale and it was disassembled. I provided the copper tubing which fit all the pieces perfectly and without modification. Everything is original patina and has no corrosion or pitting. Arrow measures 26" long. 22" tall from bottom of arrow to roosters comb. Small ball is 2-1/4" Large ball is 4-1/4" Directional is 22" x 18" and letters are 3-3/4" tall. Overall height is approx 48" but is adjustable depending on copper tube length. I think the proportions look great as is. Great, rare antique weathervane in great condition. PS. IT works because as I was listing this thing the wind was blowing and it spun around and hit me up side the head! Haha. PS2-After i listed this i realized that i assembled it incorrectly. The direction compass should be between the two balls. Duh. Anyway you get the idea and its a 2 minute fix. Thanks. Item will be packed in accordance with UPS and/or USPS requirements.
