Has old worn and crackled blue ~ green paint with a nice surface. Each shutter panel is 12' tall x 27.5" wide x 1 3/8" thick. I AM SELLING THESE PANELS INDIVIDUALLY! I HAVE JUST THE 2 SHOWN! Five left hand, four pulls, six latches, 32 large flat head screws and 24 small flat head screws. These came from a 18th century house in historic Harpers Ferry, West Virginia.
