I bought it about 8-10 years ago for a Victorian House that I owned at that time but sold the house and never installed it. I am in a condo now and will not be needing it. Quality reproduction solid brass window sash lock and sash lift set with polished nickle finish. The latch base measures 2 1/2 inches by 7/8 of a inch. The catch base measures 2 1/2 by 9/16 of a inch both of which are cast brass. The sash lift measures 1 3/4" by 7/8 of a inch and is made of heavy stamped brass with a nice beveled edge.
