Two pairs of vintage cast iron window sash locks. Nice art deco. Made of cast iron with nice ornate decorative design. Locks rotate freely. About 1 inch tall and 2 1/2 inches wide. I do not know exactly how old they are but they are old. It has aging and wear with rust. Still nice and solid. See photos for condition. I do not see any serious dents. Repairs, nor damage. Each rectangular mount area measures 2 3/8" wide(with the swing porcelain arm it measures 3 3/8" wide) x 1" deep. The swing arms are about 2 3/8" wide& each keeper measures 2 1/8" wide x 7/8" deep. The latches and keepers are in very nice vintage condition& are as described and pictured. Some of the latches have old residual white paint on them. But there are no chips on the fantastic condition porcelain knobs& the latches work ... moreas they should. There is no mark anywhere that we can see on these latches. Normal 0 false false false EN-US X-NONE X-NONE MicrosoftInternetExplorer4 The locks were mounted on the top of the bottom sash and the catches were recessed into the jamb. The 2-inch lock bolt extends about ½-inch into the catch and can be retracted flush by pulling the knob and twisting it slightly. All six locks work well. The lock base is about 1-1/8 x 1-¼ inch. The latch plates are about 1 5/16 inches x 9/16 inches. They all are iron with a coppery finish that appears more brassy in the photos. All have some level of finish loss and oxidation as shown in the photos.
