The center square window measures 15" x 15" The outside diameter of the window framed casing is 28 3/4" and has holes on the outer edge for mounting into place. Window opens all the way out and when closed it is secured very tightly with a turn latch handle. The screen with two hinges opens inward and is mounted in place by screws. This window has been stripped of badly peeling lead paint. Cleaned and was finished with a clear satin lacquer to protect and keep its nice patina. This is a nice old pair of expanding window screens(I remember my grandma’s house had them) The size is 14 ½” high x 19 ¾” when closed. They extend out to 33” when fully opened. The sides are made of wood and the top& bottom tracks are metal. They have definitely been used and have some great weathered character to them(light scratches. Paint speckles, wear marks, etc. but I would say they are in good, solid, vintage working condition.
