The faceplate and body of each pulley is made of solid, heavy, thick, cast iron; the wheels are wood-very rare! At the point of salvage. The pulleys were painted, dirty, and rusty(see last photo) Since then, we've removed the paint, dirt, and rust from the outside of each pulley, and we sprayed WD40 inside. Antique French windows salvaged from a former cream production plant(see last photo) in Southeastern Pennsylvania. The plant was built during the 1890's and many of the windows were original to the plant's construction. Although a few windows may have been made after that period; all are solid wood. Each window is made of solid pine and has 9 glass lites. No hardware included. These windows were originally installed as double-hung pairs. If you buy several windows with the intention of installing them as pairs. Please let us know after the auction. Each window is ... morepainted white on the interior side and green on the exterior side. We could either completely strip the paint. Or prep the surface of the windows for a fresh coat of paint. Email us with a description of what you would like done. The quantity of windows you need, and we'll give you a quote. We found one pair of windows that were stripped at some point and finished with a clear coat of lacquer(see 2nd to last photo) We've included a photo to give you an idea of how these windows look under the paint. The lites are secured with old-fashioned glazier's putty on the exterior(green) side. The putty on the majority of the windows is in great shape. And will not need replacement for many years. However, if a lite were to break once you install the windows; you would need to completely scrape off the old putty, which could be as hard as cement, remove the glazing points, put in the replacement lite, reinsert the points, add new putty, and allow to dry. Not only is it a long, tedious, and messy job to replace a lite, but if you don't have experience doing it, the results may look awful. Vintage Antique 6 Pane Wooden Window with Mirror Panes.
Vintage window with mirrored panes installed. This one is a six pane window. All the old lead paint has been removed and the frame was then painted a light maroon. After that. I painted it white with a crackle finish to allow some of the maroon to show through. This gives it the appearance of being weathered. This particular one has a 5/8" x 7 1/4" shelf installed for knick knacks.Key hole slots are installed on the back to allow it to hang flat on your wall. I make these windows as I get them with many variations, such as color, antiquing style, shelves, planter boxes etc. and sell them at craft fairs and flea markets. You will love it! Window measures 28" wide x 24" tall x 7 1/4" out from the wall. I will ship it free using parcel post to help keep the price down, it takes a little longer to get.

ANTIQUE WOODEN WINDOW SCREEN.clean and rustic This antique early to mid 1900's vintage hardwood window screen has been thoroughly cleaned inside and out. Some small minor wood splits. Still very sturdy and in very good condition. the steel wire screening has no holes. But is separated at one small area near the center steel rail. as long as the wood is not opened to the fullest extent, this area is covered by the other screen. One Pair =One Window Antique Wooden Interior Shutters 1890's 62-1/2" tall
This auction is for one set = two pieces wooden shutters. Came out of an 1890's home from NY. I am not sure of the wood but I THINK it is polar. You may view before bidding if you like. They are in good antique condition. Have many more to list. They measure 62-1/2" tall x 15-3/4" wide with a depth of 1-2/8" They all have three pieces of hardware on EACH shutter. The louvers measure 2" wide and open and close. Original stain/ paint on all of them. Will not be hard to refinish as stain is chippy. Small Vintage Farm House 6 Pane Wooden Window Sash w Ropes & Hardware 28"x19"
this is a old wooden farm house 6 pane window sash. Measure 28" x 19" x 1 1/2" to 2" thick, glass panels measure 8"x8" wood and glass still in good condition, white paint is flaking off pretty good, and some putty chipping and missing on side that holds glass in place, white painted on both sides, it has ropes on sides that held weights and has hardware piece on it as well, I've done nothing but wiped them with rag, ropes might differ in lengths, please check out pics for better details, ask if any?s and ty for looking, I will wrap very heavy with bubble wrap.
