You are bidding on One Antique East Lake Victorian Cast Iron Window Sash Latch Lock with Keeper. The lock measures 2 1/4" long and 1 1/2" wide. The keeper measures 2 1/4" long and about 1/2" wide. There is minor surface rust on the piece and is marked on the bottom Pat'd Feb 7 1871. There is paint residue on the bottom of both pieces. I do not see any chips. Breaks or missing parts. This is an old piece and is not perfect. I am not an expert so please examine the pictures closely and determine condition for yourself. Wonderful 4 pc lot of cast iron window sash locks that are marked Champion. Some have a little more wear than others. But all are in overall good antique condition. Please look closely at the pictures. The inner latch works are cleverly concealed. These antique locks seem to be in great working condition. They measure 1 3/4" high all put together. The top eagle claw piece measures about 2 1/2" wide, the holes are 2" apart. The smaller bottom piece measures 2 3/8" wide and the holes are 1 3/4" apart. Great piece for remodeling.
