Top handle is marked 14. Skillet is in good condition overall with signs of aging and wear. There are a few small pits on the inside of the skillet. But they appear to be original. There are no chips, cracks, or repairs. Skillet has been cleaned and seasoned using the following method: Old residue was removed using oven cleaner soaking for several days in a plastic bag. Pan was then reseasoned using baked on Crisco. The results are a very clean and shiny surface. Skillet still has plenty of life left in it. Finish does still show discoloration in parts and does not have a completely consistent finish. Skillet does not sit completely flat on heat ring on a flat surface. There is slight warping. When you place the heat ring flat on the table. On one side of the pan there is a gap of about 1/16" to 1/8" on the other side. Measures 16 1/2" in diameter from lip to lip. Or 15 3/8" at outside of circle. Handle measures 4 3/4" long. Skillet measures 21" long from grip to end of handle Skillet measures 2 1/2" at tallest point. This old weather vane is just as we found it in an old east central Illinois estate. Measuring 18 ¾” long by 4 ¾” at its tallest by 1 ¼” at its widest. Vintage Auth: Solid cast iron weathervane horse with Motion and makers mark
Antique Weathervane Horse. An old barn find.I believe to be the early 1900's or maybe later 1800's? I am not a weathervane expert so I am trying to present the best information I can.The entire weathervane is made of cast iron, since a magnet sticks to all pieces. This weathervane has a great finish from decades of exposure to the elements. Rain, sleet, snow, lightning, and birds. It measures 34" from the top of the horses head to the bottom of the base. The horse is 8"wide by 7"high, and the arrow is 12" wide. There is a makers mark on the bottom of the base but after a month of research, I still don't know who it belongs to. This weathervane was definitely very ornate for its time. It is cast iron with an arrow at the tip and a rectangle for a stained glass insert at the other end. The glass is missing however it can be replaced. The metal tabs to hold the glass are present. Although I couldn't find a maker's mark. I believe this was made by K retzer. The weathervane is in good condition and ready to be restored. Good project for someone who is enjoys restoring vintage items. Vintage cast iron Pheasant weathervane topper in very good condition. It measures 29" long and 13" tall and the arrow is 3/4" wide. Where is sits on a pole is a1/4" opening. It weighs about 3 pounds. Not sure how old it is. The pheasant is held on with 2 screws into the arrow I do not know much about weathervanes or weathervane tops, so please look at pictures and bid accordingly. It looks quite old and it looks like it may have been buried at some point. For some reason the end opposite the point is not nearly as pitted as the rest of the piece. Vintage cast iron snow birds eagle with open mouth used on slate roofs
These are cast iron snow birds used in the late 1800's and early 1900's on slate roofs as snow and ice guards. It is my understanding from research that the eagles found with the partially opened mouths are the older snow birds. Each bird weights approximately 1 1/4 pound. The eagle is from wing to wing approximately 5 7/8" From the bottom of the cast iron to the top of the eagles head is approximately 5" From end to end. With the attached slider, each is approximately 8" long. Can think of many uses for these snow birds as I am sure you can. Very neat item. Postage listed is for 1 snowbird. Postage for 2 to 4 snowbirds may need to be adjusted.

Up for auction is this vintage cast iron dog weather vane. It is being sold as a PARTS LOT only because it has several broken pieces that will need mending and the tip of the dog's tail is missing. It looks like the original paint. Though it does have surface corrosion and will need to be refurbished. It appears to be all there(Except the tip of the dog's tail) and should stand approx. 30" tall when assembled. The"W" and the tail of the arrow are broken off. Vintage Metal Weathervane featuring an early automobile! This weathervane is made to look like cast iron. But I think it is aluminum. It has a black finish with gold painted automobile and passengers. Vintage ANTIQUE CAST IRON / TIN WEATHER VANE PARTS
FOR YOUR CONSIDERATION are Two Vintage Parts of Two Separate ANTIQUE WEATHER VANES. THE COW is made of molded tin and halved together. It came off an Old Barn in Northern Maine. It dates back to the Early 1900's- this one in particular was made between 1900 and 1917 I would dare say. Measures approximately 9" inches by 6" inches by 1" inch. THE ARROW is as old but probably older than the Cow. Measures 16" inches.

Check out my! This is an antique or vintage- exact age unknown but it is old- cast iron cow figure from a weathervane. A piece of the cow’s tail is broken off and the front and back of the arrow is missing. The cow is standing on what is left. The stem mount is intact. It has corrosion- patina- as shown.
