Then just hit the BACK button and don't even go any further. This isn't an antique. But it has some age on it, and it was most likely used on a barn roof, most likely a dairy barn. It spins free and smoothly! It measures about 12" tall. 12" wide on the INSIDE of the base. And the turbine itself about 17" across. It's made primarily of aluminum. The big round piece on top is aluminum, the base is galvanized steel, but the small piece in the center of the top is plastic. It has some slight bending/dings here and there. But it's generally in nice shape to be older and used. I'm using the postage calculator on this. And sometimes it charges too much for postage. If you win, expect to pay whatever it states in the auction, and after it's shipped I will try to catch it if there is a substantial difference. If I don't please contact me. But obviously also considering selling it. This magnificent antique roof vent dates to ... morethe building it has just been removed from. 1930's is when the vintage catering hall was built onto another building. Pictures of the retro inside, are available upon request to prove the building dating by the extreme art deco architectural inside. This was currently removed for a new roof about 2 weeks ago. It was painted green at one point. And red about 2 years ago over the green with red Ford truck paint. Measurements: Overall height is about 45"3'9" The rocket top: The point is about 16" tall. But 21" when measuring edge to tip. The band around the rocket top add another 4" The circumference of the band around is about 108" The bottom cylinder: The bottom cylinder circumference is about 64" The height here ranges from about 22" to 25" Taking in consideration the angled base for roof top. The angled base is 26" per side. There are traces of the old green color and black roofing material. There are holes for screws. In usable condition. As it was used for around 75 years previous of the removal 2 weeks ago. The photos were taken in the rain. Although the red paint isn't perfect. Minimal rust. This is totally usea

Pair of Antique Primitive Barn Cupolas / Vintage Industrial Roof Vent Chimney
For sale a wonderful pair of a original late 19th century/ early 20th century tin vent cupolas. Each is hand crafted with a soldered and riveted top. The top connects to the base with straight edge screws and square bolts. The paint is all original. There looks to be several layers of red present from years of repainting. Some of the paint is chipping in spots but this gives each a unique textured appearance. A few dents and some wear can be found but nothing that detracts from their appearance.
