The guitar is just under 2 months old from new and in that time has probably had less than 30 mins playing time and is hence in"As New" condition. Of all the guitars I've owned over the years this is by far the best sounding and best built guitar I've ever had. This is obvious the first time you pick it up. VINTAGE HAND CRAFTED HOLLOW BODIED ELECTRIC GUITAR
THIS LOOKS TO BE A HAND CRAFTED GUITAR PROBABLY MADE IN THE 1950S. IT IS A HOLLOW BODIED GUITAR AND IT LOOKS AS THOUGH IT WAS MADE IN TWO SIDES AND EACH HALF WAS HOLLOWED OUT AND GLUED TOGETHER AS A FRONT AND A BACK. IT HAS A SMALL BODY. LOWER BOUT IS TEN AND A HALF INCHES AND THE UPPER BOUT IS ABOUT NINE AND A HALF INCHES. THIS IS A FULL SCALE GUITAR(TWENTY FOUR AND FIVE EIGHTS INCHES) DESPITE THE SMALL BODY SIZE. IT LOOKS LIKE IT WAS PROBABLY MADE SOMETIME NEAR ABOUT THE 1950S AND AT A LATER TIME THE NECK WAS THINNED DOWN TO MAKE IT NARROWER. IT'S A GOOD PLAYING GUITAR AND ALL THE ELECTRONICS WORK VERY WELL, IT HAS GOOD TUNERS AND TAILPIECE AND BRIDGE. I BOUGHT THIS GUITAR BECAUSE IT HAD AN OLD GIBSON P-90 PICKUP ON IT AND I NEEDED AN ORIGINAL ONE FOR MY 1957 GIBSON ES-125. I SWITCHED THE PICKUPS WITH THE ES-125 AND PUT THE PICKUP OFF ... moreTHE ES-125 ON THIS, I DON'T KNOW WHAT BRAND OF PICKUP IT IS BUT I COULDN'T TELL THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN IT AND THE 1950S P-90. IT IS A VERY GOOD PICKUP. I DONT KNOW WHAT BRAND THE WIRING HARNESS IS BUT IT ALL WORKS OK.IT HAS A CRACK IN THE BODY THAT IS SHOWN IN THE PICTURES, IT DOES NOT INTERFERE WITH PLAYABILITY OR TONE OF THE GUITAR, IF YOU ARE SO A MIND TO, IT COULD BE REPAIRED. ANTIQUE COPPER/ZINC HOLLOW BODIED PALAMINO HORSE ON CAST IRON WEATHERVANE. Body is 14 inches long and 10 inches high and is in very good condition with most white paint missing on mane. Tail and feet, a couple small splits in metal where the two sides come together and it is seperated from the 30 inch vane. It will be shipped in two pieces, two boxes. Levin 350 electric hollow bodied guitar 1964 Black, VG condition
Very rare Levin thin hollow bodied model 350. From 1964. Made with solid flame maple back and sides. Which can be seen in certain light. Hand carved solid spruce top. Mahogany neck. What else could you ask for? For being over 50 years old. This guitar is in very good condition. No major defects. Scuff marks on the front, as seen in the pictures. Dings here and there Original finish, crazed all over, heavy vintage appeal. Everything works, electronics to work fine. Two single coil pickups. Sort of a cross between a Gibson 125TC and a 175TC Florentine cutaway, very classy.
