This exceptional antique Victorian sterling silver and cut glass claret/lemonade jug has a tapering cylindrical form to a tapering square shaped base. The cylindrical neck is fitted with a fine sterling silver. Hallmarked mount with the original hallmarked hinged cover incorporating a plain plateaued thumbpiece. The neck of this antique claret jug is embellished with ribbed glass ornamentation. The body of the jug retains the original broad hallmarked mounts fitted with an elongated C shaped sterling silver handle. These mounts each feature a hinge to the opposing surface to the handle; these decorative hinges were originally used in the crafting process. The glass body of the jug is embellished with exceptional subdivided panels of hobnail style cut glass ornamentation accented with geometric motifs to the incurves. The body of this exceptional claret jug is further ornamented with a faceted star motif to the underside. This exceptional claret/lemonade jug was crafted by John Thomas Heath& John Hartshorne Middleton of Hukin& Heath(subsequently Hukin& Heath Ltd) Condition This antique claret jug is an exceptional gauge of silver. Exceptional quality and in exceptional condition. The glass is in perfect condition. Square Blue Glass Decanter / Cruet with Hand Painted Heron or Egret Scene
This is a beautiful blue glass bottle. I'm not sure if it is meant to be a decanter or cruet. But I believe it was used most recently to hold vinegar. It has a lovely hand painted water scene with a heron. It comes with the original stopper. It measures about 7.5" high and has a 2.75" square base. It is in very nice condition with a little roughness on the bottom of the stopper and some pock marks in the glass(see photos) But there are no cracks or chips. It is unmarked. We are also currently listing a similar piece on eBay. This piece is the same height at the shoulders. But has a longer taper and neck. The stopper also sits a bit higher.

We are listing this nice little antique decanter from the 1800s. It is hand blown with a rough pontil. And there are nice but faint engraved decorations above the square shoulders. It is 6.5 inches tall and 3 inches wide. It is missing the stopper, the lip is a little out of round, and there are minor flaws in the glass, including two tiny external frits on one side. This antique crystal decanter is etched with a rye grass pattern on all four sides. The front side is also etched with the word"Rye. Base is 3 1/2" square. Stands 10 1/2" high with stopper The stopper is a 2 1/8" diameter heavy crystal ball which weighs nearly 8 oz. This decanter is in very good condition with no chips. Cracks or dings. Pressed Glass Square Decanter w/ Ruby Cranberry Diamond & Oval Shapes Overlay
From an elderly estate. This very heavy vintage decanter is pressed glass and ruby(some might call this cranberry) Approximately 8 3/4" tall. Extremely heavy as reflected in the shipping cost. The pictures show the detail of diamonds which are ruby and the cut out ovals at the bottom as well as on the stopper. It is a square decanter and the top of the stopper is also square. No damage to the decanter itself. The stopper has damage only to the bottom part which goes into the decanter. It fits fine and you cannot see the damage when using it. But it certainly can be repaired and polished off if you wish. There is about 1 3/4" inches of stem left, plenty if you wish to repair. Please email with any questions. Sorry no returns.

Gorgeous. Hobnail, diamond point, decanter with matching screw on stopper. This piece is wonderful to handle.so smooth yet very textured. It was originally a pear liquor bottle. I left the label on for those who wish to have it in its original condition, but could easily be removed to become an elegant, timeless piece. The stopper screws on and has the same hobnail, diamond point design. Both the decanter and the stopper are square. It is heavy, over 2 lbs. and crystal clear with no chips, cracks, or discolorations. It was clearly well taken care of. It's beautiful. I was unable to find this decanter anywhere on the internet. My information is that its from the 1940's or 1950's. It measures 11 1/2" high x 2 1/2" square.

Here is a great find from an estate auction: this is a vintage or antique heavy cut crystal DECANTER with a sterling silver collar and a majestic stopper. This stunning decanter has a 3" square base and has deeply cut sides and bottom in geometric and starburst patterns. 2 sides in one pattern. Other 2 sides in another) The fantastic cut crystal stopper rises 3-3/4" above the sterling silver mounted collar. The markings on the silver include a crescent moon and a crown, signs of German silver. Also marked.925 STERLING. The prancing horse(lion? unicorn? indicate that this piece is by GEBRUDER KUHN. The collar also has marked impressions for SPRITZER& FUHRMANN. Curacao, the high-end retailers for this piece. Likely c. 1910-1950. I have not cleaned or polished this item at all. But have closely inspected it. The only flaw I see ... moreis a small chip in the bottom edge of the ground glass stopper, commonly found. See all photos for best description. A part of Baden-Württemberg in eastern Germany. The town had been famous since the 17th century for its gold and silver handicrafts.

Vintage Liquor Bottle.Not sure of the make.The bottom is almost like an amber carnival glass. 10x3.75x3.75 The top part/cork are very tight in the bottle. I have removed them before to clean bottle.Currently they seem very sealed.I'm sure it will remove. But would rather leave that to the buyer(as i'm sure the cap could pull out of the cork when removing)

Found at an estate auction.here is a fabulous vintage or antique glass decanter. If not by MOSER(Bavaria, Germany) then certainly in the style of Moser. Handsome square shape with beveled edges and heavily gilded in gold, there are florals on all sides and all surfaces, with wonderful hand painted detailing applied. Starburst bevel cut on the base. The spherical stopper top is multifaceted, there is a tiny shallow chip along the bottom edge as so likely is found in old pieces such as this, see detail photo. Also a small chip in the bottom corner of the decanter, detail photo also provided. This is superficial and does not hurt the structural functionality of the decanter. Elegant Vintage/Antique Cut Baccarat Crystal Glass Square Decanter 11"
This fantastic and beautiful cut glass decanter is a towering 11 inches tall and weighs an impressive 4 lbs. 3 oz. The intricacies of the designs is equally impressive. I have not been able to find a signature but both the stopper and the bottle are etched with the number 32. There is no damage to the decanter but there is a tiny scrape on the bottom of the stopper, not even enough to call a chip. I am reasonably certain that this piece was made by a major company such as Baccarat, but cannot find a mark. The quality is very evident.
