Bristol milk glass Decanter Northwood style maybe Barber shop bottle
Antique glass decanter that really reminds me of Northwood. The netted oak style, especially the stopper. No markings. Someone suggested it matched their Barber shop bottle. Sometimes this is called Bristol glass, sometimes milk glass, it is a thick opaque white with a raised design that has been painted and highlighted with gold. I think it was a bit taller at one time as the stopper fits a bit too deep, but it could have been made that way. Except for the lip of the neck, no chips or cracks. Measures 9.75" tall to the top of the stopper, 7" wide at the base. I try to find any defects but I can't guarentee I'll see them all. No returns unless item is not as described. Antique Milk Glass W/Hand-Painting Decanter/Dresser Bottles-Butler Bros(?)
These are two antique/vintage water decanters/dresser bottles dating to the early 1900's. They may be Butler Bros. I'm not sure if they are considered milkglass or frosted glass. One has a stopper. The other does not. There is gold gilding on a raised area, much of which has worn off. Some gold and brown flowers are also painted on the decanters, and much of that has worn off as well. The bottoms have a ring base. The insides are stained and I'll leave cleaning to someone who knows the proper methods. Measurements are approximately 7" high, without the stopper, 9" high with the stopper and 6" across the widest section. No cracks or chips except a minor chip on the ring base of one decanter. Vintage milk satin glass hand painted flowers perfume, decanter w/stopper
This is an antique/vintage perfume.Cologne or decanter/ bottle dating to the early 1900's. I'm not sure if they are considered milk satin glass or frosted glass, but was told that it could be possible webb or mt washington glass. I can see the brush strokes and feel the paint on the flowers but I don't know if it was painted over a transfer. It measures 9.5in. tall with the stopper and the widest part has a diameter of just under 6in. The stopper end has minor chips I am not sure but right at the tip looks but it could be made that way just see pic's for detail description. Overall, I think it's in very good condition, considering its age. Although my knowledge of antique glass is minimal, I will try to answer any questions. VINTAGE ANTIQUE HAND PAINTED SCROLLED WHITE MILK GLASS DRESSER BOTTLE DECANTER
This is an antique white opaque milk glass dresser bottle or decanter. It has a floral scroll work design that is hand painted with brown paint. The top of the decanter has a blue floral design. As with most of this type of old milk glass a lot of the paint has worn off but it is still pretty. There is a chip on the rim of the top(see pictures 4 and 5) It is 8-1/2" high and approximately 5-1/2" in diameter. The stopper is hollow.

Up for bid is a mold-blown milk glass decanter with painted floral and gilt decoration. Likely an early 20th Century copy of a 19th C piece. The piece is 9 inches tall and the rectangular body measures 2 ¼ inches by 3 ¾ inches. The piece has a flat base with a polished pontil, poorly photographed. The stopper is ground to fir as shown. The piece is hand painted on one side with a band of floral and gilt decoration; the other three sides and the stopper have simple floral sprigs. There are no marks. Condition on the piece is quite good. There are no chips or cracks in the body. And just minor wear to the decoration. Antique Victorian dresser bottle is made out of white milk glass. This bottle has very fancy embossing all around with gold and green paint. This antique bottle measures 9 1/2 in tall and 6 in wide. There is a stopper with this item.which has several small chips at the very bottom of the stopper and the gold is worn from use. This dresser bottle is in Great condition for being over 100 years old! It belonged to my great grandmother. A great piece for any collector.

Vintage Matted Satin Milk Glass Decanter
If you think about it. Just the fact that this glass decanter with original stopper has been around for over 100 years makes it a real treasure! It is not marked. It stands 10" tall and is 5.75" across at the widest part. The stopper fits perfectly into the ground neck. The stopper is glass, with two small chips at base. With a pontil from the rod on the bottom. The decanter has a ring base, and no mold marks, so could be mold blown and hand finished. There are no cracks, repairs or fleabites on the decanter its self. The only issue is the cold painted design. There is gilding on the raised scroll design of both pieces, worn and discolored. Set of 2 Hand Painted Decanter/Dresser Bottles For sale is a set of two white decanters/dresser bottles. I am unsure if this is milk glass or frosted glass. One of these bottles still has the original stopper. One does not. I believe that these were hand blown, as they vary in thickness. These are a beautiful pair for their age. One has some writing on the bottom, but I am not able to make it out. I am not able to verify the maker or exact age of the piece related to this. This is a beautiful set for anyone to display. I have purchased a very large collection of Vintage Victorian Milk Glass from an estate of a avid collector. If you are interested in several pieces I will provide a multiply purchase discount and combine items for shipping. 2 Spin Swirl VINTAGE VICTORIAN WHITE MILK GLASS DECANTER BOTTLES 100+ YRS OLD! You are looking at a pair of Spin Swirl and Feather pattern antique Victorian milk glass decanters. Both of these look very similar. however they do not have the same stoppers. These both have beading around their rims. I have over 30 of these beautiful decanters in many shapes and patterns. And they all have the same flaws. These"flaws" can be original manufacturing flaws such as glass stretch marks, which also assist in identifying their age. There is loss to the gilt and colors from age and use throughout the years. Many of the ... morerims of the mouths are a bit rough through years of inserting the stopper. Many have flea bite chips. All the stoppers are hollow glass. Some being closed ended. Some being left open. These decanters were not massed produced so often the stoppers do not fit perfectly. I can not say for certain if the stoppers are the absolute originals, however I can guarantee that they are all c 1800- 1900. LOT 2 ~ VICTORIAN ANTIQUE MILK GLASS DECANTER, BARBER BOTTLE w/STOPPER
ANTIQUE VICTORIAN MILK GLASS DECANTER/BARBER/COLOGNE BOTTLE, milky. Opaque white with a hand painted floral, leaf and scroll design in pinks, greens, and gold. It is a mold-blown glass with a raised design accentuated with the hand painted work. The large. Hollow stopper with rough pontil is original and has the same pattern. Overall condition is very good. With wear on the paint mostly on top of one stopper.Very hard to find with this much paint intact the rims of the bottles are rough. But these are so uniform to the bottles which are in otherwise great shape I feel they may have always been that way. for sake of auction I have pointed this out, as you may consider this chipped ~ it is localized to rims which appear on both to unpolished Measures approximately 10 inches high with the stopper still in X 51/2 inches across the bottom. Antique Victorian Opalescent Cream Color Milk Glass w 22 K Gold Pitcher Decanter
This lovely antique is done in a dark cream colored milk glass from the Victorian era. Early 1900's(or possibly earlier late 1800's) There is no makers mark indicated but this petite pitcher decanter has a substantial weight of 15-1/2 ounces and measures approximately 5" high with a 4" diameter. This pitcher decanter has beautiful relief scroll work while the rim, handle and both the front and back flowers are adorned in 22 k gold. There is some wear to the gold at the top point of the handle and rim, but the remaining gold is still intact and quite substantial. There is also a small crack at the top rim and minor chipping to the interior glass rim while there is no stopper. This item was actually used quite often and is apparent from the wear patterns in the gold, but is still quite functional. This antique, Victorian pitcher ... moredecanter was probably used on a vanity dresser to hold a perfume. The milk glass is a dark cream color, not stark white which enhances the gold embossing. You can actually see through the glass at the spout which has an opalescent sheen to the glass. This true vintage antique is a great collectible. Not only would this add that Victorian flair to your decor, but it's also functional! You can use it in the bath to store your salts or it can be used as a elegant bud vase! Hello and Welcome! Up for your consideration is a Vintage Turquoise blue milk glass decanter. Dabs: Made in Italy? Top of decanter has a hobnail design and a plastic stopper. The stopped fits well. But has a crack in it(see photo) The bottle itself is in excellent condition. The decanter has never been used. The bottom portion of the decanter is decorated with grapes. Apples, pears and leaves. The label is missing from the bottle that is the reason for the question mark in the title. I can only assume that this is a"dabs: Made in Italy" Decanter stands 18 1/2" tall and about 4" at widest part. There are no chips or cracks. Beautiful Color! Vintage or Antique Portieux Vallerysthal Blue Opaline Milk Glass Decanter
This vintage or antique Portieux Vallerysthal blue opaline milk glass decanter measures 11" tall and has no chips or cracks. As shown. It has some dark discoloration under the rim on one side and a few tiny whitish spots on the stopper. A factory flaw, I'm guessing. As shown, the stopper's color has a bit more blue in it than the robin egg blue color of the bottle. The paper sticker on the bottom came off when I washed this, but I saved it and will include it. Please note that it has wear and tear, as shown. The decanter measures 11" tall to top of stopper. This would look gorgeous on a bar cart and is priced to sell!
