Antique cobalt gold trim glass decanter Cognac handblown
Beautiful antique cobalt glass hand blown decanter accented in gold and labeled Cognac. Th only issue with this piece is the stem of the stopper. It seems to be broken off a bit past the round top. I lightened up the picture with the stopper for a better view. The gold on the top of the stopper also has a bit of a dark mark the size of an eraser head. Otherwise, it's an excellent piece. The intense blue exceptional. It stands 11" tall and 4" wide. The pontil mark is visible in picture 4. I am starting the bidding low to compensate for its' issues.

Antique Victorian decanter, handblown glass, clear with painted daisies
Beautiful delicate handblown decanter that is from the Victorian era. Handpainted with white daisies and polka dots design most of the old gold paint has worn away. But the garlands of white daisies, leaves and dots forms a dainty and delicate feminine pattern. The fine glass is in excellent condition. It would make a great addition to your vanity. Drinks cabinet or kitchen. I have seen these used to hold mouthwash on the counter in a much more attractive way than an open bottle. No chips or cracks and the original stopper fits snuggly in the ruffled lip of the bottle. The bottle stands 7" and with the stopper it is 10.5" tall. I would estimate it to be early 1900's, possible slightly older.

They are absolutely unique in my experience(30 yrs of collecting glass) They are damaged as you can see in the picture: both have broken lips in what almost seems a mirror image. They are not quite clear and have been sitting in the sun for a while which leads me to think that they are made with manganese as a decolorizing agent(known in the vernacular as sun colored glass as they tend to become slightly purple when they come in contact with an ultraviolet source such as sunlight) They both have crude open pontils on the bottom of the decanters as well as their stoppers. Up for auction here is a very fine antique Art Nouveau era mold blown ruby or cranberry glass decanter. The glass has been transfer printed in gold then hand painted with raised applied enamel in several colors. The scene depicts a white goose and duck in a pond with plants behind them. The glass has mold form whiplashing. Indicative of the Art Nouveau era. The handle was hand molded and applied. The stopper is hand blown, with ground bottom. It has an large internal bubble and is topped with an applied raspberry prunt. The underside of the decanter has a polished pontil with the design numbers 165 acid etched and the hand painted artisan number 4. This is done in the Moser glass style and likely hails from the Czech Bohemian areas circa 1890. Antique French Handblown Glass Bottle, etched Montry Seigneur, Marquis de Vesse
Up for auction is a superb antique French bottle. Perhaps for cognac or brandy. I am not certain of the age, but I would imagine pre-1800. It is hand-blown. Ladder-like bands run up the sides, and there is an opening at the center. A wonderful feature is an etched dedication on the front. It reads as follows: VIVE LE Sr MONTRY SEIGNEUR DEPETTEFORT MARQUIS DE VESSE DRU[unknown symbol] C The bottle measures roughly 6 1/2" in height and 5 1/2" at its widest. It is in very good condition. There is a chip to the rim but no other chips. Cracks, or the like. The inside is a bit cloudy and could use a proper cleaning. This is a rare example of early glass-you will not be disappointed!

Incredible pair antique French handblown handpainted glass decanters, face lids
These are the most elegant. Lovely pieces. Beautiful design and style, delicate, pretty and in wonderful condition. What is exceptional about these decanters are the lids or tops. They are Madonna like heads, very beautiful. One of the lids on the decanters is missing the cork around it but it still fits into the top of the decanter just fine. The other decanter, the lid has the cork around the bottom of the lid but the lid fits into it a little loosely. They both work fine, though. There is no damager whatsoever to the glass, no breaks, no chips or cracks. One decanter has the number 142 on the bottom and the other has the number 199 on it. There are no other markings but I was told by the lady who I bought them from(a good friend of mine) who owns the most amazing, beautiful antique store in Salt Lake, that they are French. I would prefer ... moreto keep them, they are so absolutely beautiful, but I can't keep everything that I find. I am excited to share them on my Ebay site. I will pack these very.
