I don't know the exact origin of this gorgeous early 19th century ruby red cut to clear glass decanter with decorative stopper. Originally purchased by me through a high end estate sale here in historic Charleston, SC. It may be American or perhaps, European, even Czech as some like these are. This delightful piece of functional antique art glass is in terrific condition for it's age and has a lovely shape. It stands 10 inches tall with it's stopper in place and 8 inches without the stopper. It measures 7 inches across at it's widest point, but only 3 1/2 deep front to back. Vintage 10" Tall Heavy French Cut Lead Crystal Glass Liquor Decanter w/ Stopper
Vintage 10" Tall. Heavy, French Cut Lead Crystal or Glass Liquor Decanter w/ Stopper Design: You are bidding on a vintage. 9.75" tall, heavy, French cut lead crystal or glass liquor decanter with its original paneled prism stopper. As you can see from my photographs. The crystal/glass is very clean and catches and refracts the light remarkably well with no sign of sickness. Decanter's body features a graduated shape, with a paneled body and"double-ringed" neck. Stopper is large, thick and chunky, with inversed, paneled pattern from that of the decanter's base. Lovely piece which displays wonderfully well, and definitely European in provenance, most likely French, but unfortunately I could not locate a maker's hallmark with my jeweler's loop. Vintage: c.1960s-70s. Measurements: Crystal decanter measures ... more9.75" in overall height from base to top-of-stopper; It features a base diameter of 3.25" And is 3.75" at its widest diameter- Paneled prism crystal stopper measures 2" at its widest diameter, and is 3.5" in overall length. Here is a really beautiful antique! Here is a Glass decanter with a hand painted marlin on it. It measures about 10.5" tall. Great Shape! This was bought from a storage unit from I assume an antiques dealer. I really don't know much about this. On the rim where the gold is painted. There is a roughness to a 1" long area. Not sure what that is. There also might be a small piece of paint missing on the top fin of the fish and 1 small section of white in the narrow part of the fish. Not 100% sure if that is what it is or a mistake when made? No cracks in the glass. The pictures should tell the rest of the story. All in all great display pieces! MADE IN GERMANY GLASS + SILVER PLATE DECANTER 10.5" tall
This large decanter has a slight corset shape with panel glass. There is a glass ice tube with a lid and a strainer insert in the spout. All are removable. The lid and handle are silverplated and permanently attached to the glass. This decanter stands 10.5" tall and the glass is approx. 6.5" dia. at the bottom. Under the handle is marked, made in Germany. Other than, pitting and tarnish to the silverplate, I cannot find any flaws. Please, ask any questions you may have, thank you.

Description Vintage/Antique Swirl Molded Baluster Scent Bottle or Decanter which I know very little. Measures about 10" tall and 3 1/4" in diameter at it's widest point. In Good Condition. The item came out of an antique shop in Denver whose owner has passed and had a price tag of $120 on it so I would imagine there is something to it. Please check pictures for further description. Antique Glass Decanter With Glass Topper Stop Hand Made 10 Inches Tall
There are some bubbles in the glass. There's a pontil scar on the bottom. And it is very rough around the opening. I think the way it was made. The neck has a bit of a lean. When I first got it I could not remove the stopper, but when the temperature got colder, it came right off. There are some scratches on it, most visible in the red areas. Those red areas are not red glass. The red has been applied. Payment due within 48 hours of purchase.
