This stool features a great number of Nommo figures, protective figures representative of the earliest ancestors in Dogon mythology. This is an emerald green color. Which is not too light and not too dark. Somewhere in the middle of the green color scale, but some of my pictures came out showing the green as a little darker than it really is. I estimate that this vase is at least 90-100 years old, dating it to the art nouveau period. The silver overlay is very heavy and of fine quality. The silver is marked“Fine” and has the Alvin silver company mark on it. The vase stands about 4 inches tall with the top portion measuring about 1.5 inches in diameter and the bottom portion measuring about 2.5 inches in diameter. The interior of the vase has some water stains and grime. But not too much of it. Not sure if possible to clean, or maybe it can be cleaned with special cleaning instruments. There is normal shelf wear on the underside of the piece. The silver overlay appears 98-99% intact. There could be a few very small areas where there used to be silver overlay. But is no longer there. You can likely spot in my photos some small areas where there may be a missing piece of silver, but these areas are very small and minor. As for the glass, glass is in overall excellent shape, but on the top of the piece, there is about a 0.5 inch fracture in the glass, which was likely caused by a little dent made in the silver. I included some pictures where you can see this little silver dent and the fracture that showed up in the glass. You can’t feel this fracture in the glass from either the interior or exterior. This does not affect the visual integrity, structure, or well being of the piece. Overall. This is a high quality piece and would make a great addition to someone’s silver overlay collection. Nice Early 19th C. Blown Cobalt Decanter With 3 Applied Neck Rings This is a beautiful early 19th C. blown 3-ring decanter in a deep cobalt blue with enamel and gilt decoration. It measures 9" high to top of stopper. Bottom has ground pontil mark. I am not sure if this is the original stopper. But came with it, and fits right. 19th c Blown Decanter With Molded Base Three Neck Rings
You are bidding on a nice 19th c decanter. It has 3 applied neck rings and a molded base. It has a mushroom stopper that fits tightly and may be original. It has a rough pontil. It stands about 9 1/16" tall with the stopper. About 7 6/8" tall without. It is about 2 9/16" across the base. Decanter and stopper are in good shape. Decanter has an intact bubble in its side, see photo#9. There is some minor scratching around the body of the decanter from use. No chips, cracks or repairs. Glass has a slight bluish-green cast to it. Real nice early decanter, great addition to any collection. Please email any questions. Don't be put off by my low seller number as I do have much experience. I have been helping my partner sell estates on Ebay for ten years. I have just started selling estates myself. U p f or auction is this African tribal set of fork. Spoon, and knife. They are carved fr om a dark black hardwood and I believe that th e wo od is ebony. The for k and spoon are not quite 14" in leng th. The knif e is just over 10" The fi gures are dee ply carved a nd are quite distinctive. The knife appe ars to be a wom an while the other t wo are ma le. A ll three have a silve r like twist form ing neck r ings. These are vintage and have a wonderful mellowed look. An old- and heavy- African ebony head. 8 inches tall. The figure is wearing a stack of neck rinks. And has elongated ears, and a plaited hairstyle. Nicely carved wood- the grain is dark and heavily"striped" on one side. And a lighter colour on the other, as you can see. It might be a Masai- but I am not sure of this. Condition: Good condition. There are some shallow(and old) splits in the wood at the back. As shown. These are not serious faults. You are bidding on a nice late 19th c or early 20th c blown Bristol green ships decanter. It has 2 applied neck rings and a polished pontil. There is no stopper. The neck is not ground for a stopper so it probably did not have one. The glass has some bubbles it it. There is some wear on the bottom. It stands about 8 1/4" tall. The bottom is about 7 11/16" across and the top is about 2" across. No chips. Cracks or repairs. There are a couple minor scratches on body. Please email any questions. Any numbers on the bottom are inventory numbers and will be removed when shipped.

Antique Asian Copper Snuff Bottle Silver Neck Side Support Rings Brass Spoon
Antique copper medicine or snuff bottle with a top that may not go with it originally. It is made of brass with a small spoon on it and a red glass set in the end. The bottle has support rings so it could be hung on a belt or around the neck. It is about 3" high neck and all; round slightly over 2" in diameter and about 1" thru. The top with the spoon is about 1 1/2" long. Where this is from I don't know. I am guessing an Asian country, but it could also with the silver work on the neck from North Africa. There are experts on ethnic items like this that would know.

This auction is for a ships decanter with 8 heavy pillars. It is very old. They use to use this type decanter on ships so they wouldn't tip over. It is over 4 lbs. it is approx. 11 inches tall with a flared lip. probably used a cork top. This decanter was probable blown in a mold and neck rings were added. the top smaller ring has a very small inside crack where it came together, could have been done when applying the ring. This is a vintage set that I found at the California Coast town of Grover City just around the corner from Pismo where we frequent. Beautiful wood and the only flaw is that it appears to have broken and the bottom of the spoon was glued back together very nicely. Hardly noticeable. It is hand made- blown into a three part mould. No makers marks. Dates to around 1870. Condition: some heavy wear to the edges of the moulded pattern on the sides and minor chipping to the edges of the mould seams on the sides of the decanter: dry inside but is a little cloudy towards the base. These humbucker pickups and came off of an early 90's Korean made Hamer"Slammer series" Les Paul Jr. Special style double cut guitar. I believe they were designed by Seymour Duncan but I could be wrong. They have loud output and a good. Quiet, typical humbucker sound.Their condition is XLNT with only very slight surface scratches. They are excellent utility humbuckers. The mounting rings are from GFS& are standard Gibson sized humbucker rings and should work on most humbucker guitars but I can't guarantee if they'll line up with the mounting holes of whatever guitar you want to use for these. Mini Humbuckers - Chrome bridge and neck with mounting rings
Here's a pair of nice chrome mini humbuckers. I had them in my Gibson Les Paul Special for 6-7 years because. Even though I loved the P-90's, I couldn't deal with the noise. Especially in venues that were wired well before my time. This was a cool alternative because it required no modifications. I was told that they were Artec pickups when I bought them. But I'm not sure. Whatever they are, they do the job well. The Mounting rings are included. The pictures make it look like there are scratches in the chrome plating. The chrome is smooth and clean. Ndebele South African Beaded Doll Multiple Neck Rings 1970's-80's 9 " H
This is a nice vintage handcrafted/beaded doll with multiple neck rings(3 large ones. A smaller one and the top white one is twisted, by an Ndebele artist in South Africa. The Ndeblel tribe is known for it's colorful geometric designs on the their houses as well as their beaded dolls and artwork. It measures 9" high by 3 1/2" across the bottom portion of the doll. The last photo is the bottom of the doll. It does stand up but sometimes you have to move it around a little to get it to stand well and it can lean some. I bought it in Cape Town S Africa in the 1990's and it was not new then. From what I have researched, this type of doll is typically from the 1970's and/or the 1980's. I believe it is a Kayan girl because of the neck rings. It was acquired at an estate auction. It is in fair condition- her left ear is chipped off. There are chips at the top of her headdress, she is missing something in her right hand(maybe an arrow? there looks to be some kind of residue around her neck(top of the neck rings) maybe dirt or glue? also other surface chips and scratches- please see images(sold as-is) Not sure of the type of wood or age.
