Fitting into a round flat rim with a panel cut sloping shoulder over a band of diamond cut design. Over two horizontal cut bands and with vertical V cuts on the lower body. The underside polished flat. In good condition with several small chips to the stopper. Some small nicks to the panel cuts and diamond band. A vertical chip to one of the V cuts on the lower section. Here is another beautiful egg shaped decanter set from Czechoslavakia- it is stamped on the metal insert on the inside. The floral design on the outside appears to be small beads of glass- painted. The inside has a bottle in the center and 6"drink" glasses. The overall height is approximately 9 1/2" tall. I believe this piece was made in the 1940's or 50's. Some of the 6 glasses do have rough edges but not enough to take away the beauty of this great piece. The estate had more than one of these- I am listing another this evening- check it out. An alternating circle and star pattern around the shoulder, a band across the body topped by small flowers and ovals, and swags with tassels below the band. The stopper has the circle and star pattern on both sides. The base has a polished pontil. The decanter measures 13 1/4” high. There is age related wear and some light clouding inside the glass. It is in overall good condition.

This Decanter set is absolutely gorgeous! It comes in a green glass with lots of lacy gold gilt and clear finial. Applied handle, and base. The decanter measures 17" and the goblets measure 5" with 2" opening at the top. The finial measures 5&3/4" and is ground as is the neck of the decanter. The 5 goblets have clear handles and base highlighted in gold gilt. The set displays to great advantage. In mint condition.

It has a silplated neck and a large base and similar shaped top. The fourth photo shows the inside of the metal neck. This inside glass has been cracked but is held by the metal band and its rim. It has been used as such for many years. The silver band design all around is also found on the design of the top. The silver design is made of lines of different width. The bottle has a footed round base and a step up design at the top of the body. The top at the closure is very heavy glass. It is clean and in very good condition. This is an antique Czechoslovakian Glass Egg. Top half opens with metal hinge which is also attached to the metal ring around with clap. metal show tarnish due to age. The plate that holds the bottle and 6 glasses appears to be made of some type of hard plastic. It does show some missing finish. It appears to have a girl or what looks to be a fairy and also flowers decorated in a Coralene finish. Some of the finish is missing mostly around the girl/figure. Stands at 9 1/4 inches tall. 5 inch diameter at opening with a total 15 inch around largest part of egg. Comes with the original decanter bottle with stopper. 6 glasses two with flea bite, no other cracks or breaks. Original Made in Czechoslovakia sticker on bottle and three glasses. We Purchased this Decanter at an estate sale this summer. After doing over an hour of research online we had no success in finding another one like it. We found some that look very similar in design; with the 3 ring neck bottle and the cut glass stopper appearance. But none of them had the Decorative Art or Mallard Duck scene like this one has. The images appear to be pained on but we are not 100% sure of that; maybe some real fine decal work was done. Like mentioned above there are 2 really small chips in the glass and very hard to see without the aid of a magnifying glass(see Condition description above) The Decanter Measures Approx. 9-1/2 inches high with glass stopper installed. 8-1/8 high without. A decanter with petal cuts on shoulder and base in the Nelson bottle shape. Stands 12" tall with stopped. 3-3/4" at hip and 3-1/2" at base. Lips is 2-1/4" wide. Three rings on neck. Hand crafted with some irregularities from type of manufacture. Bottom is slightly domed and ground smooth. Stopped is a spearhead shape with a open interior. In excellent condition. No marks. No chips or flea bites. Color: Top part of bottle is clear glass and bottom part is pink Unknown maker The stopper is clear color. Round and heavy. It has a little white line on top. I’m not sure if it’s a scratch. It doesn’t seem like it. I will try and show in picture but it’s so tiny. The shape of the bottle is unique. There are no seams in the glass, and it is thick glass with very cleanly detailed and deep criss-cross patterns making wonderfully bold diamond shapes.
