The bottle is encased in an ornate cage of some kind of white metal.The feet are winged lion feet.there is a braded base.it has what could be Acanthus leaves on the sides.and a laurel wreath. Front and back. bound with ribbon, and a rose in the center of the bow…there could be what looks like two fish and splashes of water that make up the handle. on the sides.don’t know how to describe the metal caged neck of the bottle.The glass stopper is obviously hand blown. and saw cut at the bottom. It has flow marks and bubbles. The blue glass shows through the elaborate metal work of the neck of the decanter.We don’t know if the stopper is original to the piece.because it sits loosely in the bottle.This decanter seems to be in good shape for whatever age it is.it has the remnants of old green felt on the bottom of the metal feet.I

VTG CUT CRYSTAL GLASS SHIPS DECANTER SUNFLOWER PLUS
Up for auction a beautiful cut crystal glass ship's decanter for your collection. I don't know the maker or the pattern. I have put sunflower Plus in the title since the one pattern looks like a sunflower to me. The other circle pattern looks like raised diamond cut blocks with four of those blocks topped with tiny pebble top. The base rim of the decanter has a row of what looks like a thumbprint design that goes completely around the decanter. The neck of the decanter has indented columns that start with a thumbprint at the base of the stem and extends to the top. Smoothing out as it reaches the top lip. The stopper is hexagon shaped and has a very shallow chip at the top edge. The decanter stands about 11" tall to the top of the stopper and is about 7" across the bottom. Excellent condition and a wonderful quality piece ... morefor your collection. Buyer pays shipping and insurance fees. Questions are always welcome. Antique Irish Ships Decanter
This antique Irish ships decanter is 8 3/4" tall and 7" across. It has dark green painted stripes that don't seem to have a pattern and some of that paint may have worn off over the years. I am pleased to offer you this… 3 Vintage Antique Crystal Stoppers Ships Decanter Replacement Stopper ABP Waterford These are beautiful crystal stopper replacements. Large heavy stoppers made from quality crystal glass. They are most likely from an American Brilliant Period Crystal decanter or possibly Waterford. The reason I say this is because a few years ago I inherited a collection of ABP crystal pieces and I owned a collection of Waterford decanters. When I moved I found these tucked away in my china hutch. The largest clear round stopper is gorgeous and appears to be flawless… I don’t even see or feel any nicks or bites around the edge of the‘insert’ usually there is a few little bites on the plug from being used through the years) This is the largest of the three and it weighs nearly 12oz. measures 4” tall& the‘insert’ tapers from ... moreapproximately 1” 1.25” in diameter. The next stopper is beautifully cut with a number of triangles. This one. Upon close examination, does have some fleabites on its surface and on the insert… but it is still gorgeous and in nice condition. This one weighs nearly 8oz& 3.25” tall& the insert tapers from approx. 75” to 1” in diameter. The other stopper has a unique and beautifully cut shape… with the tall slim cut neck, wonderful prisms and flower cut tip. This one is in wonderful condition… I had to look with a magnifier to notice a couple of little light surface scratches. The insert end does have a flake chip& some little nicks around the end from use. All in all I would consider these to be in excellent condition for there age and use… I think they are stunning to look at. Please see photos they are part of description. And polished ships decanter. It comes with a M.E Duncan porcelain label and chain. the label reads"Sherry" The decanter has a dimpled neck, which provides a very good grip. The body of the decanter has a deep cut diamond pattern. The faceted sphere decanter stopper has a very nice fit. This ships decanter stands approximately 11 1/8 inches tall. It is approximately 7 1/8 inches in diameter at the widest point, the star cut base is approximately 3 1/2 inches in diameter, and this decanter weighs approximately 3 pounds 5 ounces.
