2 Vintage Munising Hard Maple Rolling Pins Jadite Green Handles
This lot consists of 2 vintage Munising Wood Products hardwood maple rolling pins with jadite green painted handles. They exhibit the two types of turned handles known to have been made by the company which was situated in Munising. Michigan. Both measure 17 1/2 inches long, and the pin with a slightly smaller diameter has the"ribbed" turned handles. Both have strong"Munising" stampings and are in overall good, carefully used condition. The green paint is a little"chippy" on the larger rolling pin and nicely warn 14.95y hand on the smaller. They have survived at least 70 years of use, and I wish I had a bite of each of the pie crusts that were rolled by these pins.

up for sale* Very nice vintage set of two Munising out of round wooded bowls. I believe they are maple and both have the Munising mark on the bottom. One nests in the other nicely as it is a bit smaller. apprx measurements are. 10 7/8 x 10 3/8 x 2 1/2 11 1/4" x 10 1/2" x 2 3/4" No chips or cracks to the wood just some normal scratches from use. I have conditioned with grapeseed oil as it gives a great non sticking treatment to wooden kitchenware. Awesome bowls! ~please note some pictures do have shadows across the bowls~

Even though this is missing the 3 feet on the bottom it is still a beautiful bowl. Wonderful luster. There are some flaws so please look close at the pictures provided. There is a scratch that looks like a crack but it is a scratch. There are no cracks or chips. There is an area on the inside where maybe the varnish bubbled. Please check picture. Also. It doesn't appear to have been used much. But does have a few minor scratches and scrapes on the interior. Nothing that significantly mars or detracts from the finish. Vintage Munising maple wooden 3 footed dough bowl or fruit bowl. Made in Munising. Michigan in the late 1930's or early 1940's. Due to the manner in which wood ages, the bowl is oval in shape. It measures approximately 11 3/8 inches long and 10 3/4 inches wide and 3 1/4 inches high. The three round feet are a darker color than the bowl. It is marked"Munising" on the bottom. Shiny varnished finish over all. Very nice gently used vintage condition, it does not appear to be have been used much at all. There are a five spots of white paint on the exterior, a few light surface scratches on the interior and a 1/8 by 1/16 inch chip on the outside edge of the rim. This is a lot of 3 vintage wooden bowls. These look like Munising to me but none of them are marked. They are all maple and ovoid in shape. Primitive condition. Two with hand painted fruits, and one with just remnants of painting. These are all large bowls, the one with no paint left is a large 13½ x 12½ and is 5" tall with round ball feet. The one with fruit clustered and a red stripe is the same size but not footed and 4" tall. The one with fruits all over is 11x10x3. Nice for fall or display. Pretty nice lot, no chips or cracks. This listing is for a 11" Round x 3" Tall Munising Bowl made probably between 1940s-1970s. It is in good shape. The tiers measure 7” and 8 ¾” along the long side and is 9” high. There are no chips or cracks and the piece has general wear for its age. The Munising is burned into the bottom of the bottom bowl.
