VINTAGE Baribocraft Wooden Teak Bowls - Canada
Really nice LARGE rare& vintage wooden(Teak) chopping/mixing bowl(s) by Baribocraft. Canada. Large bowl measures about 11" in diameter and the 4 bowls are 6 1/8" in diameter. All of them are by Baribocraft which is a company that produced these bowls in Canada in the 60's& 70's- marked on bottom. They are known for their high quality craftmanship and innovative styles. Very good to excellent vintage condition with very few and light scratches. I know you will love them!

4 BARIBOCRAFT CANADA TEAK STAINED MAPLE WOOD STACKING SALAD BOWLS Mid Century Baribocraft was a Canadian company in Quebec through the 60′s& 70′s famous for their beautiful grained maple and teak woodenware. They are all extremely well made. Each bowl is hand turned. So no two are exactly alike. You just can’t find quality like this in today’s marketplace. These 4 stacking salad bowls have a great mid century look and also would go well in a Danish modern home. The teak staining is lovely. They measure close to 6” in diameter and 2” tall. They are in very good condition and have many more years of use left in them with the proper care. In the 1970’s. Baribocraft ceased and they are no longer in business but their pieces continue to remain popular with collectors today and are very sought after. A great set to add to your collection. The base is burned/incised with BARIBOCRAFT CANADA. Baribocraft is no longer in production but they were located in Quebec Canada. This company produced a variety of wooden items in maple and teak stain in the 60's and 70's and I believe this bowl is teak stained. The grain of the wood and the colour is always exceptionally beautiful and difficult to capture in a photograph.
