VINTAGE Baribocraft Wooden Teak Bowls - Canada
Really nice LARGE rare& vintage wooden(Teak) chopping/mixing bowl(s) by Baribocraft. Canada. Large bowl measures about 11" in diameter and the 4 bowls are 6 1/8" in diameter. All of them are by Baribocraft which is a company that produced these bowls in Canada in the 60's& 70's- marked on bottom. They are known for their high quality craftmanship and innovative styles. Very good to excellent vintage condition with very few and light scratches. I know you will love them!

They are all extremely well made. Each bowl is hand turned. So no two are exactly alike. You just can’t find quality like this in today’s marketplace. These 4 stacking salad bowls have a great mid century look and also would go well in a Danish modern home. The teak staining is lovely. They measure close to 6” in diameter and 2” tall. They are in very good condition and have many more years of use left in them with the proper care. In the 1970’s. Baribocraft ceased and they are no longer in business but their pieces continue to remain popular with collectors today and are very sought after. A great set to add to your collection. And measure approx. 5 3/4" in diameter and 1 3/4" deep. The remaining four measure approximately 6 1/2" in diameter and 1 3/4" deep. All are marked"Baribocraft Made in Canada. One has an additional stamp reading"OFF-GR, it may have been considered a defective or factory-second bowl, though I do not see any signs of damage on this bowl. There are the usual small scratches on the face of board this is to be expected on a cheese cutting board. On the underside of the cutting board the previous owner had glued some velvet type cloth to stop the board moving whilst cutting. The cloth has been removed showing the glazing of the glue, this has not damaged the wood in any way, the remainder of the glue can either be taken off carefully by new owner or left as is. gorgeous Baribocraft of Canada vintage wood salad bowls, set of 6, minimal use
Like new- set of 6 wooden salad bowls by Baribocraft. Each bowl is stamped"Baribocraft Canada" on the bottom. The bowls are hand turned. And as such, each is unique, varying slightly in dimensions, shape and grain. Each measures approximately 6.5" wide x 1.5" high. The finished rim is approximately 0.5" wide. Excellent condition- there are no dings or chips. The inside of the bowls show only the slightest of marks from silverware. And unless you are looking at it from about 3 inches away, you will not see them. Obviously lovingly stored, with the utmost of care. The Baribeau company was founded in 1922. And ceased production in the 1970's, making these bowls highly collectible and uniquely Canadian. Here is a set of 5 Vintage Baribocraft Wooden Bowls. They are made in Canada. 2 of the smaller bowls have a few nicks or chips out of them. The largest bowl has a lot of scratching on the inside. But it is a neat bowl. The small bowls have some scratching. The largest bowl is almost 11 inches across. The smaller bowls are about 6 1/4 inches across. This listing is for a vintage Baribocraft maple wood bowl with a curved handle. It could be used for many purposes such as for nuts. Salad or serving. It is marked Barbocraft Made in Canada on the bottom. It measures 13" long including the handle. The bowl itself measures 9" in diameter and it stands 3" tall. Up for bid is a large Baribocraft wooden bowl. It is slightly out of round and measures approximately 10 1/2- 11 1/8 inches wide. And approximately 3 1/4 inches tall. It has some scrapes and dings on the top edge and on the bottom. So please closely examine all photos. Vintage BARIBOCRAFT Canada Teak Stained Solid Maple Oval Nut Bowl - Hand Turned
On offer here is a wonderful wooden solid teak stained Baribocraft nut bowl(could also be used for flower arrangement) It is 9" in size and is slightly oval in shape. It stands 2.5" tall and is surprisingly light in weight. There is no damage but some scuff marks on the base from use and the whole logo is not present. Baribocraft went out of business in the 1970's but with Mid Century Modern items in vogue. This company has become very collectible.
