3 ANTIQUE VTG FRENCH SOLID BRONZE BRASS WALL PLAQUES PEDIMENTS MOUNT APPLIQUES
For your consideration are three wall plaques with intricate designs. They are gold colored. Two of them are the same and measure 7" across and 2 3/4" tall from the botton center to the top of the ends. The one with the Knight in the center measures 5 3/4 long and 1 1/2" from bottom to top at the highest point in the center. In excellent condition for the age. They mount to the wall with small brass nails which are not included.

ANTIQUE VTG SOLID BRONZE BRASS WALL TAPESTRY MOUNTS HONG KONG SNA FLORAL
For your consideration is this beautiful wall hanging tapestry with two ornate brass/bronze safety pin style weighted decorative pediments. Inscribed on the back of each is"made in Hong Kong" and an oval symbol with the letters SNA. They are gold colored and measure 6 1/4 inches wide. Overall with the floral tapestry it measures 21 inches long. They come apart just like a safety pin so you can put your own artwork on display. In excellent condition for the age. It mounts to the wall with one fastener(nail) through a hole at the top bracket. The coloring is more of a pinkish color than the pictures show. The loops are sewn at an angle which may or may not have been done intentionally.

This is an extremely heavy American foundry casting of solid bronze. Not steel or cast iron, with a bright brass coating. Beautifully finished and detailed, weighing in at almost 10 pounds of bronze! A beautifully detailed casting with bright patinated finish for wall, desk top, or outdoor garden display, of uncertain age, but definitely old and most likely mid 20th century from an American foundry. Gorgeous Ornate Antique Brass or Bronze Pediment Fancy Lady WOW! 147 Mark Ooooh. Got very lucky this week at one of my favorite flea markets. I have just about everything, from the very old and primitive to the very unique with some fabulous folk art thrown in too! I’ll be listing all week, so keep checking back! This one is a showpiece for sure. A real WOW. If I ever saw one- it stopped me in my tracks. What I have is an antique pediment of some sort- a decorative piece that I don't know if it was an architectural piece(like some type of baluster) or a furniture piece, so I have listed it under both. At first, I thought it was bronze, but it has more of a brass patina to me, so I believe that it's brass(it's one or the other for sure- please supersize and see what you think) It's also very old- my best estimate is at least ... moreturn of the last century, if not before. As you can see from my photos, the gorgeous image is of a woman with her arms raised, fingers clasped together. Very regal, as you can see the folds of her dress draping down fancily toward the center of the piece. The decoration continues down, with fancy almost flower like designs- see photo 5. I have no idea who the maker is, but it's marked on the backside with the number 147 in the metal. Now, at first, I though, Oh, is it some type of hook or handle? but then I saw that not only did it mount from the body(see photo 20, directly behind the head) but it also mounted at the base- see photo 19. In photo 20, you can see threads on the inside of the two holes from where a screw used to fit. I'm going to guess that they are on the inside of the two holes in photo 19, it's just that whoever removed the piece, it appears, cut the screws rather than unscrewing them- you can see the nubs of them sticking out at the base. The base of the screws are in there, not the head- the head would have been attached to whatever this piece was. I don't know if or how you'd be able to get them out if you wanted them gone, but I will tel
