For sale is this great 1940's Salterini garden dining set. Mt Vernon pattern. It consists of a table 32.5" x 60.5" with a glass top, 2 side chairs, and 2 arm chairs. Its in great condition for its age with normal rust and wear with chippy paint. There is scratches on the glass and 1 arm chair has approx. 7 to 8 breaks to the edge of the mesh seat. I have the original tag that shows the purchase date of 1960. The table has 48" diameter. And is 28" tall. The chair's circular frame has 25" diameter. The chair back is 30" And the seat height is 17" There are some paint chips on the chairs. The table has several rust spots. But can be easily painted over. For sale is a very desirable Salterini Tea Cart in the Mt. Vernon pattern. Its zinc dipped neva rust. There are remnants of brown paint. The glass is in decent shape with a few scratches and the lower piece has a chip on the corner. One of the larger wheels rolls funny but is sturdy and there are new bolts on the front wheels. Also the rubber on the front wheels has worn flat in spots. There is one loose spoke on the back wheels but its hard to notice. Good looking cart with normal wear. 1950s Salterini Wrought Iron Dining Set
My mother bought this wrought iron/glass set back in the 1950s and I'm assuming it to be a Salterini set. But feel free to correct me. I am not a dealer, merely the guardian of my mother's estate. This set is in excellent condition(no rust) and has never been outside in the 70+ years we've had it in our family. The set comes/came with four chairs, two of which are arm chairs. Each chair has a relatively new/virtually unused black cloth/padded cushion as well. Glass will come with the set and is undamaged.

This is a beautiful and very elegant patio furniture set which was originally purchased by my grandmother in the early to mid fifties when she used to live in Bel Air. California. Many important government officials as well President Johnson sat on this patio furniture set in the 1950's and 60's while enjoying the view of downtown Los Angeles and Century City from my grandparents veranda. Great condition showing vintage chippy paint and surface rusting here and there. Mostly under the seating.
