Used Lane end table. Acclaim series, dated 09 May 1964. Dimensions 24 x 24 x 22 inches. This particular table has water spots and will need to be refinished but she is still a jewel. This table has something unusual in that it appears that the holes to fix the legs to the bottom tier were not drilled correctly at the manufacturer and had to be re-drilled in their correct locations. Unusual Lane Acclaim Round Table Mid Century Vintage Retro
This is a different style from the usual round Acclaim table by Lane. The top is formed by pie-shaped wedges of walnut veneer with a nice medallion in the middle; the sides are thicker; and the crosspieces on the legs meet in the middle instead of going along the sides. The serial# is 267210. Which is the date it was made, backwards. That means it was made Jan. 27, 1962. It's in pristine, newly refinished condition. 37.5" Across, 14.5" Tall. Vintage Danish Lane Acclaim Mid Century round coffee table
This is the timeless classic by Lane. It is as beautiful and desireable today as it was 50 years ago. The intersection grains and dovetails are unmistakeable. It appears that this one has had the top stripped and revarnished. There is some discoloring on the top that is difficult to capture with a camera. The legs and feet have the usual scuffs and marks that a table this age should have. The black feet are made of wood so they would be easy to paint. All the glides are in place. The Hardest to find. Rarest of the Lane Acclaim pieces. This is the Lane Acclaim pivoting coffee table. Two tier with a bottom tier that able to swivel and fit most any space. The top section is 52" 20″ × 14.5″ tall and bottom tier is 42″ × 19″ × 11.5″ tall. Table needs to be refinished but is in excellent condition.
