This listing is for a near antique oval serving bowl manufactured in England by Wood& Sons in England. This"Woods Ware" pattern is"Willow" and I believe that the circa date for this piece is around 1925. This bowl is in excellent condition for its age with no chips. Noticable scratches, cracks, or crazing that I could find. The color and glaze are strong and sharp. There is some mild discoloration on the underside outside of the bowl, but none noted inside the bowl. There are no flaws, damage, or defects that I can see so I would personally classify this piece to be in"Excellent" condition. The bowl measure about 9 3/4 inches long and it's almost 7 1/4 inches wide. This would be is a beautiful addition to any Blue Willow collection. Polia Pillin Art Pottery Unique glazed Pinched Bowl with Women and Deer
I have been authorized to offer this beautiful unique glazed pinched bowl. This is an extraordinary piece of hand painted Mid Century art pottery by Polia Pillin. The rare shape of this bowl is stunning and looks like a work of art sitting on the coffee table. The subject appears to be a Woman and Deers on each side and is all hand painted. Polia Pillin was born in Poland in 1909 She came to America in 1924 and settled in Chicago. Where she studied art. She moved to New Mexico in the 1930’s and in 1948, to Los Angeles, CA. The ceramics produced by Polia Pillin continue to gain increasing interest from Mid Century Modern art pottery collectors. Beautiful 1923 Edwin M. K now les Vitreous large bowl. I am not sure what this bowl was used for but by it's size I am assuming it was a wash bowl or a very large fruit bowl. For its 90 years of age it is in beautiful con dition. There are some chips and I have made sure you can see them in the photos. Even with the small chips the lip of the bowl is in tact. Very solid and would make an amazing piece to show off. The crazing in this bowl is all natural and done by 90 years of time. The bottom foot ring of the bowl has NO chips and is solid and s table. The bowl measures 16 1/2 inches across the top. 4 3/4 inches tall, 6 inche s across at base. Dating can be done by makers mark shown in photo the first number is the year it was produced. Delicate Antique Soup Bowls - Set of 5
Set of 5 delicate handled consomme bowls. Beautiful rose colored flowers adorn the outside and a small floral motif is on the inside. Handles and base are rimmed with gold. I can find no nicks or chips in any of the bowls. Each bowl holds 1/2 cup. Pattern is reminiscent of Limoges but they do not have a Limoges logo on the bottom.

Very Rare- Bowl from NC, Bavariam, Germany Ca. 1930's-1040s
According to the German Antiques site"Efineantiaue Fine Porcelain" my reasearch has found that this bowl probably was maufactured by JKW products under their own name. JKW is for Josef Kuba Porcelain Factory and Decorating Shop who decorated in the"Vienna Style" It was established in Carlsbad around 1930 and then re-established after World War II in Wiesau. Bavaria, Germany. Source: Directory of European Porcelain by Danckert, page 496) Later marks of JKW include the words Western Germany, used after Germany was divided into East and West in late 1949. This bowl's marking says Germany(not Western Germany) so it was manufactured before Germany was divided into East and West. The center of the gravy bowl is cream colored with beatufully decorated gold colored floral design. These are Brush McCoy Nurock and this line was made by Brush McCoy in the teens. This is similar to many of the Bennington pieces. They have a sponged or spattered glaze. These measure 5 inches diameter and 2 inches tall. They are in very good condition with the exception of one in the making flaw on one. One has a firing flaw as shown. The rest are free of any cracks. Chips or damage and the interiors are clean too. There is a light age crazing but bid with confidence since it is minor and not a distraction. A very fine Pennsylvania Redware Bundt or Turk's Head Mold. Mid-19thC. Features a brilliant, clear Lead Glaze with Dark Manganese accents along the inner and outer rim, and near the top of the"turret" This is a heavy, well-crafted mold with 14 flutes that spiral toward the center. There is age-appropriate wear on the base, and few very insignificant nicks along the rim; otherwise excellent with superb color and decoration. Meissen Gernany Porcelain Bowl ca. Early 20th Century
This fine porcelain handled serving bowl is Meissen Germany circa early 20th Century. It has the mark of Albrechtsburg Castle. Located in Meissen. It is impossible to know which of the hundreds of Porcelain companies in Germany used this mark, but the bowl is clearly influenced by the Meissen Porcelain Company that used the crossed swords mark. The bowl is white porcelain with small hand painted flowers on the rim of the bowl and gold trim. The bottom of the bowl has the painted numbers 7640 1. The footed bowl measures 13 1/2" x 10 1/2" x 3 1/2" The condition is excellent, having only a slight loss of gold and shelf wear on the bottom rim. You can feel every detail of the Rooster- Fence- Sunrise like a good antique porcelain sign. Shows a few chips around top edge at the handle welds and a real small scraps/ nicks at top edge. The graphics are in tack and look real nice. Bottom is Black and looks real good and shows normal use scraps and a spot where the porcelain is discolored is smooth not a scrap or rust. This is a 5 day auction This auction is for an interesting blue and white salt glazed pottery bowl. The design on the side is fruit and flowers. I have only ever seen these bowls with the wedding ring pattern on the outside. The bottom doesn't have any writing on it but does have an unusual swirl pattern that I have never seen before. Either. There is a large chip on the inside rim with a tight crack running from it down to the bottom of the bowl. This bowl is solid and I used it to display fruit on my kitchen counter. I wouldn't reccommend it for stirring or serving but it makes a wonderful useful bowl or a display piece. The bowl features a stunning array of large roses on the bottom and up the sides with beautiful leafy foliage as a backdrop. The body of the piece is done in the most beautiful color of blue on white with gold trim and accents. The scalloped edge and fine mold make this a must have for any fine porcelain collector and would make a nice addition to any bowl collection and would fit in nicely with your Prussia pieces.
