ANTIQUE LATE 19th C.ENGLISH LG.PORCELAIN BISCUIT JAR-"GAUDY WELSH" STYLE COLORS
This large biscuit jar is in lovely condition. With no damage or loss of design. I have not seen one with this design. It has a slight"Gaudy Welsh" look to it, but with that Victorian update! It measures 9" 22.8 cm) in height including the raised handle, 7 1/4" 18.4 cm) in height with the handle lowered and is 5 1/2" 14 cm) in diameter at the widest point. It has four alternating green diamond panels with a peach colored leaf and gold sprigging over the green color. There are 4 half sunflowers at the bottom and top of each green panel. There are four alternating angled panels of"Gaudy Welsh" style orange and blue flowers, with gold trim. The jar is not marked except with the pattern number#160. All the colors are hand-painted over the glaze and are in lovely condition with no areas of worn off paint. The ... moresilver top, rim and handle are not marked except inside the lid, where there is a#6 and beneath that S 7474. I assume it is EPNS(electroplated nickel silver) as most of these of this era were. The handle has the two sections that split at the top to hold an oval plate. The lid is incised with very detailed and well done ferns. There is a $1.00 charge for a new box within a larger new box and ample packing material to ensure safe delivery. The silver color is very bright and nice, but sometimes the reflections show other colors. International Buyers Please Note: Import duties. Antique English Scottish Porcelain Hand Painted BOWL Pink Luster c1820s
ANTIQUE HAND PAINTED ENGLISH OR PERHAPS SCOTTISH PORCELAIN BOWL C1820S I SHIP WORLDWIDE IMPORTANT BIDDING AND PAYMENT INFORMATION: IF YOU PLAN TO BID ON THIS ITEM AND ARE THE HIGH BIDDER I WOULD LIKE TO ASK THAT YOU DO NOT PAY ME UNTIL YOU RECEIVE MY INVOICE NOT THE INVOICE THAT IS GENERATED IMMEDIATELY AT THE CONCLUSION OF THE SALE BY EBAY. Ebay now has rules that all sellers MUST ship items for which they have been paid within one business day without exception. Those who follow my sales and have bought from me over the years know that I have always had a policy of shipping within 24 hours of a sale(see my feedback) However, there are times when I am out of town unexpectedly for a house call, an auction or an estate call and it simply is not possible to get to the post office in time. Also, if you find that there is more than one item you ... moreare interested in bidding on over a given time period and would like to take advantage of combined shipping, please again, DO NOT pay me until the last of those items you're watching has finished. I will then send you an invoice with an adjusted shipping fee which saves on postage. I never charge a"handling fee" I would rather wait a few days on a payment and extend you the advantage of lower shipping fees than to be paid immediately- not ship- and then be scored negatively by eBay for not shipping soon enough. Offered in this sale is an antique English or perhaps Scottish porcelain bowl decorated with hand painted decoration that I would date circa 1820s. It measures 3" tall x 6 1/8" in diameter. The condition is very good. It has one small glaze flake on the side of the bowl which you can see illustrated in the 4th image to the right of the flower. And a small"in the making" chip on the edge of the foot rim which is covered with glaze. Other than that there are no chips, crack, flakes or hairlines. It rings like a bell when you tap it. Please feel free to email with any questions. I always guarantee everything is being sold WITHOUT A RESERVE

ANTIQUE 1820-1835 ENGLISH PAIR PORCELAIN TEA CUPS & SAUCERS w/ 'FAITH,HOPE,CHAR
This early pair of cup and saucers match a bowl I have listed on eBay at the same time. The porcelain is very white and fine. You can see the images to the cup and saucer when held to the light. The two saucers are the early deep ones without a recessed cup ring. The saucers measure 5 1/2" 14 cm) in diameter and are 1 1/2" 3.8 cm) deep. The saucers have the"Charity" design on the inside bottom with two purple luster rings at the rim. The cups are"cut in" at the base like the matching bowl I have listed. The cups feature the"Faith" Hope" designs on the outside. With the double purple luster rings inside. Both cups have the exaggerated handle shape seen on Swansea, Nantgarn, and Copeland cups. The molds were purchased by Copeland from Nantgarn when Nantgarn went out of business in 1820. As well as ... morethe bowl I have listed at this time, I have two more cup and saucers which I will list if I am contacted by someone with interest. The magenta color is transferred and under the glaze. The blue, green and yellow were over painted. There are no Potters marks on any of the pieces, only a green painters mark on each, all having different lettering. These are very high quality. I have seen other"Faith, Hope& Charity" themes on many items from this time, but have been unable to find this particular set in any reference. There is a $1.00 charge for a new box within a larger new box and ample packing material to ensure safe delivery. International Buyers Please Note: Import duties. Antique English Porcelain Dish Vibrant Colors Orange Leaf Design
Antique English Porcelain Dish Vibrant Colors Orange Leaf Design Presented is a wonderful piece of English porcelain/china. Antique- dates from 1825-1850. I am not sure who made this wonderful dish. But I am confident that it was made in England. The colors are still vibrant and beautiful and I love how the rim was designed and decorated. The center is decorated with an oranges. The dish measures 11 inches long and 8 inches wide. The dish stands 1 1/4 inches tall. There is some wear to the gilding on the sides of the dish. As you can see from the photos. There is also some wear to the turquoise in the middle of the dish. This is likely from stacking other plates/dishes on top of it. The center design still looks wonderful with only a small amount of wear. The porcelain is in good condition with no chips or cracks. ANTIQUE 1815 ENGLISH TEA CUP & SAUCER ATTRI.TO COALPORT-HANDPAINTED PORCELAIN
This beautifully detailed cup and deep saucer are one of the most well painted sets I have seen. The saucer measures 5 1/2" 14 cm) in diameter and 1 1/4" 3.2 cm) deep. The cup is 3 1/2" 8.9 cm) in diameter and 2" 5.1 cm) high(or deep) The cobalt leaves and stems on both pieces are under the glaze. Including the blue sprigging on the outside of the cup. All the other colors are hand-painted, including the gold, which is done in a refined manner. The gold is over painted over the cobalt blue, outlines all the flowers, buds and butterflies, and is also used by itself for buds, leaves and stems. The center peony in both the cup and saucer has detailed dark stamens and has black stippling on the buds and butterflies as extra detail. This is an early design, as the elaborate decoration done on the inside of the cup and saucer ... moreand the outside has just simple sprigging, popular during the very early 19th century. The handle and cup has the classic Coalport shape, but then so many factories traded artists, molds, etc. and Swansea, Nantgarw, and Spode all also used the same handle shape. During the period 1800 to 1820 the same artist would paint for several different factories at the same time. Coalport bought Caughley in 1799 and bought Swansea and Nantgarn molds around 1820. Some pieces were sent to London to be painted by Thomas Baxter, as well. The handle is slightly darker than the rest of the cup and can be attributed, being 197 years old, to age. I have two similar cup and saucer sets and both were attributed to Coalport. The condition of the set and the quality of the workmanship is exquisite, regardless of who painted it! The deep saucer is indicative of the period, also. I have seen sets like this listed for $250 and more. There is a $1.00 charge for a new box within a larger new box and ample packing material to ensure safe delivery. International Buyers Please Note: Import duties. Taxes and related charges are not included in the item price or shipping and handling charges. These charges are
