Gorgeous decorative dish in GUC with 2 handles. The lid has a"knob" for lifting. It has intricate gold painting with small flowers and larger flowers that appear to have very pale green clover. Lip of dish is scalloped and so is the bottom. No markings on bottom so I have no info. But you can tell by it's style that it's either European, very old, and hand painted. If anyone out there has knowledge of this china, please inform me. As I said above, the lid has been glued but they did such a good job that you have to look for where the crack was. You'd be proud to have it in your home on a table, in the bath, or in the China cabinet. It would make a lovely candy dish, barrette holder, q-tip holder, what have you. Antique Ornate Floral Bowl with Cross Swords Hallmark.
Here is a very well decorative serving bowl with floral design and gold tone trim. It measures approximately 3 1/8" tall X 11" diameter. The marking is very faint and smudged. Based on the style of the marking and"J8" it appears to have been made prior to 1890's and in Europe. It is in good condition except for some wear to the gold accent paint. The bowl also has a small crack in one lower side that doesn't show any separation. A very elegant piece. It will be shipped in a large box with lots of padding.

VINTAGE Hand Painted German Ceramic Lobster Serving Bowl - BEAUTIFUL No Reserve
My wife and I bought this exquisite vintage hand-painted German lobster bowl about 30 years ago. As you can see by the dealer tag that is still tied on it. We never used the bowl. If fact it has sat in my office/ computer room closet since we bought it. The tag says"Vintage German Lobster Bowl $230.00" I believe we talked them down to just under $200 at the time. It is a big bowl, measuring 14" X 10 1/2 inches from side to side. The two wells, each designed to carry a boiled lobster, I would imagine, is very deep and has hand-painted flowers with raised GOLD pedals and a heavily gold colored lobster-shaped handle. The edges are nicely scalloped and without any chips at all. On the bottom is a number 209. I suspect it it a pattern number or perhaps a date number. I believe this dates to the first quarter of the 20th century ... moreif not a bit earlier. My wife and I always set an elegant table on those special family occasions, yet somehow we never got around to using this great decorative and functional serving bowl. There is a hairline crack visible in the last 2 PICS but they are not easy to see or find without my close-up camera and they do not diminish the structural or visual beauty and function of the piece at all. I am offering this at a low $9.00 opening bid and no reserve. Not that I want to take a loss on it,but that since we are now downsizing our home(kids are married and uninterested) it is time to let someone enjoy its beauty. Good luck.

Haviland Limoges Ranson mold footed Aesthetic Movement console bowl for display
I have for you this evening a beautiful footed fruit or console bowl by Haviland Limoges in there signature mold called Ranson. This piece is made of the finest quality French porcelain and the scalloped mold is perhaps the most famous mold of all time and is partially gilded. The beautiful Aesthetic movement pattern is fully hand painted in stylized flowers and grasses the appear to be waving in a sea of water. The pattern is elegant and delicate and shows beautifully. This would make a lovely addition to your cabinet for display or for your table. Item dimensions and dating: All measurements are approximate. This piece measures 10" in rim diameter and 5" base diameter and stands around 3" tall. The dates from the late 19th century by the marks and the design elements. Condition report: This piece is for display and at fault ... moreas it does have a.75" sliver off the under rim with a chipped out piece that shows from the top. This is not terribly noticable when being displayed and if you turn it away or stand the chip down on a stand you would not even know it was there and the piece is stunning besides this one flaw. There are no other chips. Cracks or crazing and the design and gold appear to be fully intact. I do not charge any handling fees and I will combine shipping whenever possible. Sunray Edge Pink White Bowl Brides Basket
Sunray Edge Pink White Bowl. This bowl was on display in a brides basket in a cabinet at my grandmother's. The pictures make the bowl look a bit darker in color than in person. It is more of an ombre color. Darker at the ends then gradually gets lighter to a very soft pale pink before turning white towards the center of the bowl. The item is in excellent condition with no nicks or scratches. There is a bubble noticeable on the underside of the bowl(see picture) that is hard to capture in a picture but we tried! This item has not markings or signatures that we could find. The item measures 2.5" H. 12" W. This is a beautiful vintage hand painted elongated porcelain dish maybe for celery or whatever you like. It is cobalt blue around the edge with pink roses and a lavender flower in the middle. It also has a raised dot design and some of the dots are missing. It is in very nice condition with no chips. Cracks or crazing. It does have a star shaped dig near the middle of the bowl(see close up picture 5 to the left of the roses) It looks like it was done during manufacturing as there is glaze over it but you can feel it with your finger. Not sure what it is. The dish is 12" long, 5-7/8" wide and 1-1/2" high. The bottom is marked Made in Japan.

Antique 6 1/2" R. S. Prussian bowl with gold edging
Antique R.S. Prussian hand painted 6 1/2" bowl. The bowl is while with green leaves. Gold highlights, lavender and gold edging. Very attractive piece. Finish is flat, not glossy. It is in very good condition with some minor bumping of bottom edge(see third photo) but still sits steadily. The bottom white surface has some minor discoloration from age. English Chinoiserie Set of 6 Porcelain Bowl Royal Worcester - 1917, England
Elegant set of six English Chinoiserie porcelain bowls predominantly decorated in blue and green over a white ground. They are marked on the underside with the old English registration numbers as well as the Royal Worcester mark. According to the Registry number(Rd. No. 612 812) This pattern was registered in 1913. The Royal Worcester mark of an asterisk and one dot below the mark tells us that these plates were made in 1917. Ovington Brothers New York is the name of the importer/ retailer. Rare Antique George Jones China 8 1/4" Salad Bowl & Servers
This auction is for a hard to find Salad Bowl and matching Salad Servers made by George Jones& Sons. Crescent, England. The bowl. Which measures approximately 8 1/4 inches in diameter by 3 3/4 inches deep. Is in very good condition with no visible wear through on the silver plated rim, no cracks, no staining and only one small chip to the bottom of the lower outer flare to the outside of the bowl(please see close-up photos) the chip is virtually invisible from except when looking up from the bottom- please note the one photo from the top and another from the bottom angle. There is also a small white mark on the outside upper flare. But it is NOT a chip. It is glazed over and is from the time of making- it is simply an area which missed the blue paint work. Antique Austrian Porcelain Bowl Enameled Roses & Raised Gold 1902-18
Exquisite porcelain bowl is decorated with whisper soft pink roses and garlands over a white porcelain ground. The center has a band of baby roses and is banded with raised gold beading and scrolling. The rim alternates embossed gold scrolling and beaded bright white accented with green and gold. It measures 9" across and just over 2" deep and is in very good condition with no chips or cracks and minimal loss of gilding. The opaque porcelain is very fine and light. Bears the mark of the Adolf Persch Hegewald Austria and was produced between 1902-1918. Ref. Rontgen's Marks of German. Bohemian and Austrain porcelain.

I use dishes like this, to put alongside my sink, for when it is once again time to do the washing up and removing your fine jewellery, they are perfect for that, if you did not want to use it, as an open salt cellar. You are looking at an Antique Japanese Early Vintage Porcelain Bowl w/ Mark on Bottom. The bowl is 7 inches in diameter. 3 ¾ inches in height with out stand. Beautiful bone china bowl. Looks to be quite old. Maybe late 1800's? Not certain. Heavily gilt floral design border with very fine hand painted roses. Maybe Chinese work for French or English export? There are no identifying marks on the bowl. The gilt feet. The feet show bottom finish wear to the gold. This is nicely formed. It measures about 6 3/8" across& stands 2 6/8" tall. In this listing is this beautiful Rosenthal R&C Bavaria bowl. It carries a backstamp dating it c1898-1906. It is in the Malmaison design. With the scalloped edge and scalloped foot. It is white in the center, with a gold floral pattern at the center. There is a decorative gold border where the color changes to a light yellow. There are roses, leaves and stems, it is finished with a gold trim on the edge. This bowl is in excellent condition with no visible wear, the paint and gold decor are completely intact and undisturbed. This auction offers an antique W M Adams& Sons White Ironstone England. bowl/ pitcher. Designed by and signed by Tammis Keefe with the word ICE spelled out in purple in the center of the bowl and MARTINIS spelled out on the pitcher The design is done in pieces of logs and twigs. No repairs. No chips or cracks some crazing. 13 1/4" diameter, Pitcher is 11" Tall Rare Ironstone pitcher and bowl found the bowl only on E Bay sold in 2007 T ammis Keefe is one of the great names of hankie and textile collecting. She was born in 1913. And in the 1940s worked as a textile print designer, designing prints for home furnishing textiles. She began designing handkerchiefs for Kimbal scarves in the late 1940s or early 1950s. Her designs are typically 1950s- full of whimsy with those great 1950s colors: pink, turquoise, gold and black. Keefe's ... moredesigns were often inspired by her travels. One can find Oriental. Arabian nights, and European castle themed hankies. She also did hankies featuring American cities and attractions. Many of these hankies were like little travel guides, showing the highlights of a city that were not to be missed.
