Up for bid is a vintage Burmese Lacquerware Trinket Box ~ Black and Gold Peacock. Beautiful. Exquisite design. This piece is in good condition, but may have minor wear in the gold around the edges- not sure if gold is worn off or if the black is supposed to show through. Also, there is a small chip of the gold on the underside of the beak- please view photos. The black lacquer does have smudges as it has not been polished.
