Has a 4 tile mural top. Possibly Taylor/ Malibu/ Catalina but you can be the judge. Will look great with anything from Stickley to ranch house/ rustic. The table top measures about 18 x 18 approx. Table is beautifully made, the ends are mortised/ dovetailed as you can see in our close ups, guaranteed old! The real deal! Good condition but has had some glue hear and there, overall very solid, grout has some wear, it is not perfect but about what you would expect for its age. No major blemishes or damage but the usual knicks, scratches, scuffs, a little white paint, etc. Will look great with your Roycroft copper or rustic wrought iron. Nice piece! Very nice real Malibu Tile- this 6x6 tile was made circa 1930 and is really really rare to find. This tile was salvaged from the house of William Muir who owned Muresque Tiles. I have 26 of these. They were around a window on his house. There are a few bumps on the corners and sides as you can see in the photos. LOT of 34 VINTAGE TERRACOTTA TILE This tile definitely has a SPANISH influence. It recently came from an estate in Palm Springs. CA. It is old. NO signatures or manufacturers markings. Each tile measures 4" x 4" They were previously used and removed. There is tile glue on the back of the tiles which will need to be removed. These tiles are in overall very nice condition. They look handmade and therefore are not perfect like what you would see if mass manufactured. A couple of a tiny flea size chip on an edge or corner but really NO big deals. Installing them somewhere else and grouting will cover up the tiny flaws. NO cracks. These would make a great table top, back splash behind a stove or top to an old vintage dresser. So many ideas! Rare D&M 8x16 scenic tile set circa 1930 great California tiles rare scene
From my collection. In great original condition. This rare set is unset un used. Very very hard to find this way. The tiles are very nice and shiny with no wear at all. One tile has a firing flaw that as you can see does not come through to the top. These are not repaired or restored or anything. These are mint just like the day they were sold 80 years ago. Authentic California Handcraft Tile NOS cuenca mission design style unused 2.5"
Up for your consideration is a NOS Handcraft quenca molded hand glazed tile. The Handcraft tile company was founded in 1931. In San Jose and still is in operation making tiles in the tradition of early California makers, suck as Malibu, Taylor, S& S, Kraftile, and others. These tiles are all unused and would look good in a mission oak frame or installed. Size is 2.5 inches by 2.5 inches. Colors would complement any Stickley or Early California decor. Vintage 9 Tile Top Table Catalina Monterey California Arts and Crafts
Large 24" square x 20 1/4" high 9 tile table. The table has vibrant colored tiles with some scratches/bumps. The table look very shiny. The table is sturdy and signs from underneath suggest it has been reglued. You can see in the photos some scratches to some tiles and one has an area that chipped. The chip does not jump out because the color matches well. You can see age crazing in the closer photo. Exceptional Early California Tile Table On Ornate Hand Wrought Iron Base
Circa 1920s-30s California tile table. A beautiful and rare gem of a table. In terms of both the tile and the ironwork. Stunning tile design and color, a 9-piece mosaic that is inset atop an equally fine hand wrought twisted iron base. Can't find enough adjectives to convey my love for this soulful piece. It measures 19.5" square and is 20.75" tall. We've speculated about the possible makers including Hispano Moresque but will leave that attribution to the experts. Antique Pair Sm Monterey California Taylor Tile Top Style Tables Iron Base 1920
This is exceptional pair of California style 1920s 30s vintage antique tile top wrought iron base tables. They are small but quite heavy. Condition is excellent other than that wrought iron bases could use some new paint there's no corrosion but the paint is gone and there is light surface rust. Local pick ups welcomed!
